Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Very friendly, and accommodating! Some hiccups, early on. But they always strive to improve!
Loved coming in, Rockwood is a perfect location for me.They offered so much help for me and I really did appreciate the front desk staff the service they provide is 10/10
Paul, had 3 months to help me with Housing.is paid to help with paperwork. He is so lazy. I am disability. I try to do my part. Because of his laziness, I've to do all the paperwork again & can't get into the new apartment. The lack of communication is horrible.
I am displeased that even though I said I was transgender on my intake form that they gave me an unlicensed intern therapist that can’t sign WPATH letters. For that they get two stars. I shouldn’t be having to jump through hoops to get things done. She also doesn’t know certain things about the system and leaves me to figure out things on my own. She is however pleasant to talk to albeit inexperienced. My psychiatrist is okay. He is licensed and can prescribe medication.
Worst place to receive any mental health services. They don't follow through, they're short staffed. Not enough counselors. I kept waiting almost two months for med services referral and I never got anywhere. They only told me to go to an urgent clinic or call 988. Not worth your time
If you're black you better not go here or you will be sorry. It was very obvious that my mental therapt manager was bias and prejudice towards me so I had to leave yesterday because I couldn't no longer stand management hatred towards me. My mental therapist made me know that she was trying to be genuine and help but it was her manager that was preventing her from helping me the way she really wanted to. I've had a personal in person talk with my mental therapist and she shook her head yes to verify that my feelings were right about her manager. Her manager stopped her from giving me true support, I blame her manager from violating my patients rights to get help. My condition of anxiety and depression worsen because I've sign several release for Lifeworks to report bad hospital nurses that has mistreated me because of my race and my mental therapist manager stopped her from speaking with a specific lawyer on my behalf and her manager stopped her from reporting corruption that has happened to me in hospitals to appropriate authorities here in Oregon so that they can be investigated by Oregon Medical Board. Her manager made me suffer by telling my mental therapist not to help me. I've made complaints to Lifeworks complaint number and left messages complaining against this manager just to get ignored. After I've made complaints about management my mental therapist started treating me funny. I don't feel she diid this to be rude because she always treated me good with respect and always seemed to be genuine to want to help until I've started making Complaints against her manager it was obvious that her manager made her start ignoring my emails several times, which have caused me emotional abuse with the silent treatment and my mental therapist started cancelling our in person visits several times like on the a lot of different days I was suppose to see her front desk kept calling me on more then one different day to tell me that my appointment have been cancelled. My mental therapist is a nice person but she couldn't help me because her boss kept acting prejudice and bias towards me. Her boss kept sabotaging time and statue of Limitations time sensitive help for me when she stopped my sign of release for my mental therapist to reach out to certain lawyers or organizations to help me. My mental therapist told me she would assign me to another therapist but I had given up and withdrawn because her boss would of controlled the new therapist to mistreat me too. I quit yesterday and had signed a release for them to transfer all my records and files to a different mental facility.
This place is disorganized and unprofessional. Immediate openings should have been a red flag but I dismissed it and learned my lesson within a month. And facilitating a crisis time that's during lunch 2 days a week for families but having 24 hr crisis line offered to adults seems like a missed opportunity.
Do not go here. Their "therapist" insisted if I didn't say what they wanted that I would be sending them home as a failure and guilted me about how hurt she would be because of me. Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting tactics to try and force words out of a patient's mouth. It took over a month for them to respond to this post. Not only that, we have already had multiple conversation and they concluded with me being told NOTHING would be done in anyway about how was treated. Life Works is just taking your insurances money. Let this thoughtless and unprofessional response be a warning to other. Rock wood - you should have my number. You can call me if you want.
