Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I have had great luck with finding matches with providers. I have a provider who has been working with me on medication management. I have had several psychiatric providers over the years but I must say that Caitlyn Tugman has been the best for me. I know everyone is different but sometimes you need to switch to find someone who is best for you.
I am writing this review to advocate for the poorly managed care my child and my partner received here as well as myself. My child is 6 with autism and ADHD and its a nightmare to get his prescription filled every month. The dr or whoever is supposed to manage things with the pharmacy takes forever to communicate with the pharmacist when they need a particular coad for the regulated meds they prescribed my child. This causes my son to go days without his medicine and he will have withdrawals and behaviors directly related to him not having the medicine he NEEDS! He has gotten hurt at school and home when he hasnt had his medicine. I HAVE BEEN EXPRESSING THIS ISSUE FOR MONTHS! This is a child with special needs and I am starting to get very frustrated. I have to call the front desk every time he needs one of the regulated meds to get them to send multiple reminders to check their computer and respond to the pharmacy. If this is such a common issue the drs need to do better! You arnt helping by shoving meds at my child only for him to have to go days without it because of negligence. Id also like to add my Partner recently was hospitalized in crisis due to financial stress and autistic burnout. When he arrived for his first outpatient appointment the first thing the front desk asked him was if he wanted to pay his past due balance from before he had insurance. It was hundreds of dollars and this triggered him to have suicidal thoughts again. Why would someone who is facing financial hardship want to pay an outstanding medical bill as soon as they get out of crisis? Could they not just send us a damn bill? It feels like all they care about is how much money they can milk out of us while providing mediocre care.
I've been a patient here for over a year now, and this place has been great, and has taken my care more seriously than most health providers I have been to. I see both a psychiatrist for my medications and also my therapist is here, and both have been excellent. They might be busy sometimes, but all the staff from the bottom up are all very helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Andrew Eidson in Asheville was disappointing. I came in seeking support and left feeling dismissed and unheard. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t feel like he took the time to truly understand my concerns or history. Mental health care should be collaborative and compassionate, but I felt like just another chart being checked off. I believe everyone deserves a psychiatrist who listens, explains treatment options clearly, and treats patients with empathy. Sadly, this was not my experience here. I hope others have a better outcome, but I cannot recommend his services based on mine. I WILL say that Tom Peadon is a phenomenal therapist and I highly recommend him. He is very genuine and attentive. They also have a peer support program that is free with insurance and Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I wouldn’t have stayed as long as I did if it had not been for Megan. She’s one of a kind.
My name is Samantha Miller I am not happy this happened today on thur videophone Intepter not finished other phone I am not hearing and I am deaf full sign language that not even imagine they not know how to communicate deaf communication with people I thinking I feeling guess hearing call on cell phones than Thur videophones sign language Asl do walk in and that doesn't help me mentally illness and things come up at last minutes notice. Try to get help after a traumatic event. Talked to 2 people on phone for less then 15 mins. Canceled timely a visit. Get a bill for 470.00. NOT GET HELP NOT GET CARE AND OWE MONEY YOU CANNOT PAY CAUSE TRAUMATIC EVENT. learn the system is broken. Never seek help again. Insurance also denied so their fault to. My fault for seeking help.
They scheduled me with the same Theripest as my partner which I was dealing with DV at the time and it was very uncomfortable when I realized it was his therapist. Also the cancellation policy is frustrating and makes me anxious that I’m not able to rescedual if an emergency comes up with my child because otherwise they only let me do walk in and that doesn't help me mentally at all. My son is disabled and things come up at last minutes notice. I have mental health issues and the process of being threatend with not being seen anymore if I miss two appointments within 6moths dosnt help me mentally.
Great experience with ALMOST all the doctors I had within the five years of going there. The one and only problem was Dr. Wyatt Knowing I had 5 star doctors I ended up with him thinking it was going to be just as great. My old doctor graduated his residency sadly. He was training under Dr Wyatt and was way better than Wyatt ever could be. It's sad the training doc is better than the old man doc. I walked out of his office each time crying and suicidal. He basically kept me hostage and I couldn't see any other doctors so I left from Mahec and I would've stayed for life if they took my complaints of mental abuse seriously instead of swept it under the rug. ALSO DONT TALK NEGATIVE ABOUT NATHAN he's the coolest person in that office with a heart of gold and really wants to help. He was there for my suicide recoveries and overdose recoveries when he worked at Copestone (the old psych ward) and he saved me from taking my life with his words and I don't know if he even knows he made such an impact on my life. Nathan is the best.
