This is truly an amazing place. During Hurricane Helene Paula went above and beyond to make sure I got my medicine when nothing was open or running. The Doctor was there to help with minimal phone service. I can’t thank these people enough for helping in a terrible time. In the middle of devastation they put their patients first.

Im very grateful for services provided at mayrx, they do video appointments, which is very helpful for my busy schedule. They offer therapy along with MAT treatment. The Staff is very caring, and go above and beyond what I have experienced at any other doctor office. Ms Paula Bynnom has been exceptional in my recovery journey, helping through my many hurdles, always treating me with kindness and respect. They have helped me find solutions to my issues, and have never felt any kind of judgement for it. I would recommend to anyone seeking help in their recovery journey!!!
Very helpful and understanding. They treat me like a person and not like a criminal for needing help and medication for my very real pain. They go above and beyond for me. They even called me to check up on me because I was having a hard time. It had nothing to do with my appt and it was all about them caring about my well-being.
