They are caring and will personally help you get on the right track and on the right dose for you. Also they do saboxon and methadone treatment. Also they have so many different types of group meetings that helps in parenting as well as spiritual and emotional groups, and a councillor for everyone who goes. Just a great place to go and seek drug or alcohol treatment.✝️🙏🦋💖✌️🌈. We need something for the kids to play or color

Edit: things are finally getting fixed for me. It took forever but finally things are getting back on track here. //The rules that the clinic it self is now breaking is making it very hard for me to stay on track with my sobriety. Things used to be better here, but the last two years big mistakes are being made by workers and even when they tell you they will fix it and that they are sorry, they’re not. There’s zero accountability..

I had good experience with them up until I met the clinic director who refused me because of an incident this clinic didn't make sure paperwork (all) got sent to guest dose at another facility. Then I did not get to dose at all that day. So I used. Granted I had not used for four months before that because I had no need or want to. But because that one slip up he refused to give me take home for ONE more day than what they're already giving out for thanksgiving break. Just ridiculous. They claim to want to help people but your clinic is the reason this happened. I was there that morning to dose and called and cried on the line with the nurse and she I'm sure remembers it. Because I couldn't dose that day and the doctor was gone. And they had four days before that day to send ALL required paperwork to the other clinic. And I'm sure every clinic has different paperwork yes but it should be the clinic job to make sure all paperwork is sent to make sure your patients get to dose And when it's talks fault they can't you shouldn't hold that against them and charge them to dose either Which they do If u miss you will be charged 17$ whether u show or not. And if you show up to guest dose and they don't have all your paperwork and the dr isn't there and u don't get to dose. You'll still get charged lol I'm starting to see true colors of this place

This place is a joke they don't care about one person not one patient in there they don't care about them for anything all they care about is money money and they know that nobody's going to do anything about what they do up there they're very disrespectful because people that go there need help and they feel as though they're getting help they can't speak the true essence of what's going on there please don't ever go there!

Very gossipy, be careful who and what you talk about, from my experience only 1 professional works there there are a lot of wannabe counselors there a revolving door it's more a dirty business instead of a life changer , very disrespectful employees not a compassionate place as it should be , besides being warned about health risks... I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

Do not go to this place. Stay as far away from this place as you can. They are only interested in your money. They are worse than dealers on the street. They replace your street drugs with their “legal” drugs and get you dependent on that, then when you can’t pay and you have to leave the program you will be very, very sick. They will do a “financial detox” you’ll be very sick if you have to go that route as well. If you are a few dollars short or having a rough week and unable to pay the full amount for a few days there’s a cashier at Medmark that will do her very best to humiliate you about being “short”, even if you have a history of getting your account paid later or paying “extra “when you can. If you are addicted to opiates you’re probably better off just quitting cold turkey. If you have to “detox” from methadone it’s much longer and more painful to quit the methadone. I repeat, stay far away from this place. The people working here that matter are great, kind, wonderful people but it’s a corporation and the great people who do work here have to do the bidding of the corporation to stay employed. In the 10+ years I have been battling addiction, 8 of which were in a MAT of some sort, and spanning across 5 US states, I have never encountered the level of compassion, professionalism, and just plain old fashioned wholeheartedness in the care and treatment radiating from every staff member at the Med Mark treatment center in Dothan. I was always just a number anywhere else. Here, I walk in the door and feel like they are happy I made it that day. This may seem like an exaggeration to some but it's considered an understatement by me. Thank you, Med Mark, for going that extra mile to help me.
