This place has changed my life for the absolute better. I am treated with dignity and respect and given the best of care. Aquilla is my counselor and she is the absolute best. She has made my treatment an enjoyable and capable experience. I am very grateful for MedMark treatment center.

They got me clean, didn't think it was possible. Been going here 3 years & will be leaving soon. Mrs Phyllis is wonderful & thank you Tamara medication nurse your the best!!! Mrs Kelly thanks for helping me be brave!

I live like 5 min from Brentwood and drive all the way to Medmark everyday bc this clinic by far has the best staff. They work with you in every way possible and I truly consider the nurses and staff like an extended family. From the most sweetest and caring nurses like Tamara and Alicia to Phyllis at the front desk. I will admit there was a trying period but change in directors has made all the difference. The director is by far the best I’ve encountered in all my years here and the clinics state is the best in all the treatment centers I’ve been to across the board!

I gave Medmark five stars, because of my wonderful counselor Myrtle. She's had my back from the beginning and is a wonderful person to talk to. I've had my share of up and downs here and I'm glad they finally got a great director whose not for all the Bullshit.

This clinic is really good clinic - it's really improved a lot over the years. Me and my dad both go. Counselors Miss Myrtle and Miss Marvetta are very nice. The nurses are good. I recommend this clinic to anyone serious about getting clean and bettering their life.

Coming to medmark you must in now the counselor you are set up with will have an impact on your recovery. I have been paired with 4 different counselors since starting my tratment and the first one was definitely not a match for me then I was given another and she was a little better, but the I was taken from her and given another one because she was new and she needed patients & I actually really liked her she was genuine and really cared but she ended up getting a new Job so I finally met the Best counselor Miss Aquilla when I got Miss Aquilla I can say thats when true Changes started happening in my recovery. God she has one of the best personalities and her spirit is so pure and bright. When I started opening up to Aquilla I finally felt like someone actually understood me & what I was feeling and going through & her advice really meant something to me. So I really started to listen to her and the tools she was giving to continue my recovery. Aquilla also has connected with all 4 of my children she always checks on them & makes sure they are doing ok. My older children have really opened some walls they had up because she genuinely speaks to them because she cares and they know that! We look foward to medmark because of her! She is truly dedicated to her job and goes above & beyond for her patients! She truly cares about people. We need more people like Aquilla in this World.! It's hard to get me to laugh but she always knows how to get me to laugh when I see her! All I can say is my counselor has truly encouraged me to be better and do better in my recovery and because of her and the way she has truly cared I am better! Please give her a raise Medmark!! She deserves more than these 5 stars!! God Bless you Miss Aquilla!!

When I have to go in and dose I really truly look foward to it because of the Nurses Miss Alicia and Tamara! Those two ladies truly care about the patients of medmark. My son Lucas who us 20months old has connected with Miss Alicia he looks for her every time we go in and it's already harx going in with children but since he is so comfortable with them he and my other 3 children they actually look for them every time we come in!! Also I was going through a very traumatic time in my life and Coming and just those few minutes with these nurse I can honestly say they helped me keep going during that hard period in my Life. They go above and beyond for the patients of medmark. There was times where I had to take a Lyft and I was running late and they took time out of their day and waited for me to get there. Miss Alicia and her beautiful smile and beautiful spirit truly has blessed the patients of medmark and Miss Tamara she is so funny, beautiful and sweet! If they weren't the Nurses I dont know what I would do!! Also the MA Miss Chery works so dang hard she seems rough at first but she has to be but its only because she's one Woman doing her job but she does her job perfect and fast she's on point with everything she does and she has to put up with so many unpleasant patients of medmark but she still keeps a positive attitude and gets it done! She needs more credit for what she does at medmark! These Nurses deserve so much for all their hardwork and devotion to this clinic!! 5stars because of them. And their is a new Nurse Mindy she has been nice and professional and fast so far!
