MedMark Treatment Centers Timonium

Ive been on the program for a number of years. This place has truly saved my life.My caseworker Franz is great.The clinic is clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.The security guards are great guys and are really on the ball.I cant say enough good things about the program .

I transferred here to from another clinic 5 years ago first two years I was here they did not give me my earn take homes. I came with a week. Since I got put on Ativan they won't let me earn any more take homes and won't even give me the 2 years that I earned before getting put on the medication. But I only got put on the medication after I got under 30 mg from detoxing. Coming to this clinic especially in timonium is the reason why I'm coming off of it. I don't know if I'm ready but I'd rather come off than have to deal with this treatment program. They are not conducive to my recovery. Now I do have a good counselor that I forgot to mention And two of the medication people. I'm going to have 8 years clean and they treat me like I just walked in off the street. And this is something I've been complaining about and it's not fair everybody's recovery is at their own process. And yet people that were on the program before they change the rules can be on methadone Percocet morphine Xanax nodding why they're standing in line and have a month worth of take homes. I can't detox fast enough but I have epilepsy so that makes me have to come down slower Now I'm at 24 mg

This program is the best around. The staff are great especially my counselor Mary Raynor-Cox. The center is always clean and nobody stands out front and sells drugs like other clinics I been to. Other counselors are great as well including Franz, Ms. Connie, Ms. Claudia, all the Nurses etc. The security guards are friendly and keep the riff-raff out. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to get and stay clean from opiates.

Thank you for the recognition on my many years of sobriety. It was just some candy and a reminder of my years clean. Things have been so much better with the new financial manager. She doesn't "scare" the patients. I pay my bills as well as my insurance company does. And we work together. Thank you. Fronz is the most helpful counselor l have ever had in my road to recovery. Fronz is like Steve Nelson. They saved my life Thank you

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for some time now and I will say that I believe it saved my life. With the help and support of the team of people who work there; from the front desk associate to the director, the doctor and nurses and even their security team; I have found the help I need with my rehabilitation. The staff has been so kind to me. They have always been helpful and understanding. My current counselor, Katelyn, is the best I’ve had. She rallys on my behalf when needed and is always available to talk to me if ever I share my concerns. She is very smart and works really hard until she finds the answer to my questions and inquiries. She always remembers my history and my family as well as my current situations. I never feel like she doesn’t remember what is important to me or what I am currently experiencing. That is so imperative in developing a good patient/counselor relationship! She stays on top of all of my requirements and allows me the time I need to talk to her about my problems as well as the good things I experience too. Most importantly, she is kind and respectful of me. She is a truly good person and is very good at her job! I have never had a problem with regards to the services and requirements for this program. The staff made sure that I knew exactly what they could do to help me as well as what is expected of me in order to facilitate that help. I always felt that I had their total confidence in my recovery. And, they never made me feel uncomfortable in any way about being an addict who needs help….that is so important to me. I’ve had very good experiences with this Medmark facility and look forward to my life now as someone who is recovering.

This place has helped save my life, great staff and great counselors. I have no complaints.

I have been going to this clinic for a while now. When I first started Honestly I didn't take it that serious but now everything is different! They have a new director. It looks & feels so Positive now. My counselor Elizabeth is just the best person I could have asked for! I wish I could hang out with her outside of the clinic. She is so wonderful and has helped me so much more than I think she will ever know. The security staff there is absolutely amazing. I feel like my things are safe there. It's just a totally different place now! I'm gonna seriously give them a one hundred out of ten! I definitely recommend them if you are trying to get your life back. People don't even recognize me from the person I was 10 years ago. I owe Medmark so much. Thank you for all you have done for me. I NEVER EVER thought I would be clean & have a stable job but here i am! THANK YOU Stephanie, thank you Elizabeth and thank you so much to the the beautiful ladies who work so hard at the front desk. This clinic is the worst ever I use to go to this clinic and was up to coming once a month and I lost one of my empty bottles and they put me in a room with the director and my counselor and asked me where I thought the bottle was I told them I think it was in the trash and they asked me if I checked the trash???????? Really please treat patients better then this! They treated me like I was a defendant in court not a patient! Please do better I now go to a better clinic!
