Absolutely 💯 recommend primary care with NP Adrienne, and her staff! Very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable! She took the time to go over my somewhat extensive history and never did I feel rushed as I felt with other practices in the past.. very friendly staff, left feeling very satisfied that I switched primary care to this location!

This clinic is the absolute worst. I went through absolute hell with this place. It used to be a really good place but has went down hill so fast . They call children services on you and are quick to throw you to the wolves and put your recovery at risk. I’ve been clean for 6 years and they falsely accuse me of doing a drug I absolute wasn’t doing. Everywhere else I went could see I wasn’t doing it even children services THAT THEY CALLED ON ME. They set me up and called the ambulance on me for reaching out to get on medication for post partum depression I of course refused because I was over there sick games. Now I’m stuck with a $350 ambulance bill where that service is free in the town I live in & my credit has went down significantly due to this bill that I refuse to pay. I am forwarding every bill to them as they should be responsible for it since they not only called the ambulance on me but straight up humiliated me infront of staff and patients. My case was CSB was closed within 48 hours of them calling on me. But as a result I had to miss work as I was working from home when they showed up and it resulted in me getting a write up and not only that they then purposely made me late while I was at their office. Which resulted in me losing my job. I have a career. Recently just purchased my own home and a brand new car and am expecting my 3rd baby. I’m a huge recovery advocate and I am all for medicated assistant treatment and getting help. However I would never ever ever recommend this place to my loved ones or even my worst enemy. Steer clear of this place especially if you have kids or a job that you do not want to lose. Be careful what you tell you counselors they will use it against you the first change they get.

I don't even know where to start with this place. This place is horrible. It seems like when something goes well for me BOOM somebody quits. I've had so many therapists in a short time. It's gotten so bad that they completely closed one side of the building. This place has a higher turnover rate than a fast food restaurant. I can't blame all my therapists for leaving this place. Everything felt "off" there. You could tell everybody that works there is or was miserable. I think this place needs to have a long look at themselves and make changes at the higher up positions. The people that are in charge are obviously doing something wrong. They have lost touch with reality. Making everybody leave. I definitely won't be coming back here. All I can say is that I hope other people can get the help they need.

I've had wonderful experiences with this facility. The staff are caring and they will help you as long as you want the help. The front desk lady, April is truly a beautiful soul. The doctor is a wonderful doctor with true concern for his patients. I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in M.A.T's, primary care, case management, psych, or counseling. They even have a moms group for women who have children or are pregnant and expecting and they will help you with resources for your child.

Do not go this clinic. They will call children services on you for every little thing and will also call the police and ambulance on you when asking / seeking mental health treatment. The first time they called on my granddaughter she was running late for work and the kids were over at at our house. She took her MAT medication and left the empty bottle in the on a shelf above the counter top high up ( out of the kids reach) her fiance or his mother accidentally through the bottle away realizing it was empty and didn’t realize she needed to bring it back. She told them about this however a couple weeks prior she did not bring a bottle back ( let me mention meridian is one of the only clinics that make people bring there bottles back) they called children services on her for that. My Granddaughter has been clean for over 5 years. Now fast forward to recently my granddaughter gave birth and has been struggling with various personal issues ( post partum depression being one of them. She called the clinic asking to get her in to get back on her psych meds she wasn’t able to get into the Warren office so they advised her to walk in to Youngstown she was having a rough time didn’t have much gas as it was before her payday . She called and made an appt with her OBGYN she went there and scored pretty high on her PPD scoring chart they were concerned and wanted to reach out to meridian he spoke with them and then she spoke with her counselor they agreed they would call around to get her into a place for counseling and her medications . Her counselor mentioned her going to the hospital but ST Joes does not have a mental health floor and she did not want to get sick and get her kids sick as that place is awful. Her counselor said just come in and sign a release for where you are going so I can follow up and see that you went . She goes back there to sign the paper work and they have the cops there along with the ambulance. Trying to force her to go to the hospital. They are using a medication she was on for 7 years that you have to do a special test to decipher if it’s the medication or if it’s something else which does happen if you aren’t doing specific testing & clearly they aren’t as they have been telling her she is failing for something she has absolutely never done. My granddaughter and I have the relationship that she tells me and her grandmother everything. Stay far away from this place. My granddaughter is employed with Medicaid , has her own home , car and spoils her kids and works hard for them. They adore her and she makes she they don’t want or need for a single thing. Don’t trust this place with your treatment . A place that does this to there patients does not deserve to be in business. Update : Yesterday she goes into dose and they make her go back to medical she has no clue she needs to see the Dr as she had recently seen him. That ignorant lady who works back in medical who likes to violate hippa by talking bad about patients and purposely ignore there phone calls while talking about them and stating that they were just seen what could they possibly want while mentioning there first in last name with a waiting room full of patients would not let her schedule an appt. Mocked her when she told her she had to be out of there by 8:45 was talking about my granddaughter yelling she can wait and purposely made her wait to go back at 8:46 knowing she absolutely has to be out of there at 8:45 in order to get to work on time my granddaughter was crying and pleading with them to get her out of there in time in which they had plenty of time to do . My granddaughter ended up losing her job yesterday that she has worked so hard to get and has 2 children one 3 years old and another 3 months old who she is raising alone. Not only have they humiliated my granddaughter in the worst ways they purposely costed her the job that she worked her butt off to get and on top of that they tried getting her kids taken because they can not do their job correctly . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I can not stress this to you enough .

I'm always treated with the most respect and dignity at Meridian health care. From therapy to Medicaid assisted treatment, Meridian has helped me to regain my life in so many ways.

I used to think this place was alright but have been penalized twice for something I have no control over and secondly for a wrong screening test. I'm forced to go there twice a week (something I don't want to do during the corona crisis). When I'm at fault I'll take the hit but now I feel like a scapegoat. Unfortunately there's nowhere else close i can go to get the help I need.
