Went in for an annual DOT physical with drug and alcohol screening, and discovered a health issue I was not aware of, that was caused by a hernia repair done months prior. Thank you for your help.

I came to the Youngstown, Meridian Rd location to get off of heroin/fentanyl at the end of 2023. The first day i came in to fill out paperwork i could tell i was at the right place. The staff are so caring and even when they're extremely busy they take their time with you no matter what. My only complaint was that my tolerance was so high and they start out every new patient on 30mg. That led me to still use until a couple months later when i finally got up to a higher dosage and they split my daily dose because i have such a high metabolism as found out they testing. Other than that i have absolutely no complaints and would wholeheartedly call a few of the staff friends. They have gone above and beyond for me a few times and i appreciated it so much. Many others will ask how my days going and while I'm at the dosing counter Maria is sure to ask if everything is ok with me which makes me feel great! The first year and a half i had Krista Rubosky as my primary care and MAT physician. Because i drive 63 miles round trip and because i was going thru other medical problems that hadn't been figured out yet, she would do both appointments at the same time on the MAT side. She was so caring and amazing, the best ever, but unfortunately she left there for personal reasons early 2025. As far as all the doctors, nurses and screening personnel, i can't say enough about how good mannered and patient everyone is and i honestly just love them for doing everything in their power to make us patients feel like someone actually cares and takes the time to do so. My heart goes out to all the employees and especially my counselor Abby. She's helped me more than i actually think she even knows. I've never been to a counselor before but it's been a pleasure being with her. I'll be moving next month out of state and I've got to say, i will wholeheartedly miss each and everyone of the employees at the Meridian Health Campus in Youngstown Ohio on Meridian road. I will genuinely miss our interactions every two weeks on my pick up day. Thanks for everything everyone and to anyone thinking of coming here, do it! You will not be disappointed and don't pay attention to some of the above comments degrading this place. Like anything, you get out what you give in. Simple as that🙂 Have a great day and good luck!!

EDIT: Dr. Ware treats patients very horribly. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Warren location and see Dr. kraker. This place is a horrible place to go. If you're looking for a recovery place I suggest their warren location or just go somewhere else. The Youngstown branch is full of horrible, ignorant staff that'll degrade you and treat you like you are dirt even when you've gone there for years and years with no problems. This pile of crap facility will do everything they can to make your life hell. Constantly screwing stuff up and even when you've done everything you're supposed to-and go above and beyond that... it won't matter. Please I urge you to seek help somewhere other than this location or this place in general.

just another doctors office that overbooks and overfills waiting rooms. 8:30am appointment and an hour later you still arent seen. yet if you show up 15 minutes late you get penalized.

I've been clean and doing great for years now! The staff there has always been kind and helpful. My counselor Mike is awesome! Everyone there is great!

My father’s building had exploded, and I was worried sick about him. He needs his medication daily, and I was desperate to find a way to help. The owner here is an amazing individual who stepped in to help my father in a time of great need. My father has nothing but good things to say about this place, and I’m so happy he’s able to take care of his health along side caring doctors, nurses, and therapists. ❤️

This place don't even deserve a 1 star, it deserve 0 star, I was having a really bad medical problem there yesterday and instead of anyone helping me I mean NO ONE EVEN OFFERED TO HELP BUT THE PATIENTS, NO NURSE NO WORKER NO ONE OFFERED HELP TO BUT TWO OTHER PATIENT'S, THE NURSES AND WORKERS WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE I WAS FAKING IT OR SOMETHING AND WAS JUST LOOKING AT ME IN DISGUST, I FELT SO SCARED BCUZ I TOUGHT SOMETHING REALLY BAD WAS GONNA HAPPEN TO ME BCUZ NO ONE OFFER ME ANY PROFESSIONAL HELP I WAS LITERALLY FREAKING SCARED, AS SOON AS I GET THE CHANCE IM LOOKIKG AROUND NOW IM LEAVING THIS PLACE AND GOIN USE WHERE N BELIEVE ME WHEN I GO THERE NEXT TIME IM ASKING FOR A GRIEVANCE
