Set in Iowa and Minnesota, Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers serves kids 2 to 6 with autism using play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA). They assess the kid’s behavior, include the family, and prepare a plan to help them get ready for academic development. Semi-Structured Approach The length of treatment varies by kid. Midwest takes a personalized approach that includes a mix of cooperation and listening skills, communication and language skills, motor skills, and play skills. Available Monday to Friday The Waukee office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to serve clients in the western Des Moines area. This location is Midwest’s headquarters.
