Very unorganized process and one way communication. Took 40+ days to schedule evaluation after intake completion. We met with a therapist and one in training, had my child go through a two hour evaluation, applied for grant money, and have repeatedly requested information since said meeting in January 2024. My emailed and requests for information were ignored by Centralized Intake Coordinator Amber Deeds until 04/22/2024 when I was told the therapist had left the organization and no copies of my child's evaluation or treatment plan (an attempt to bill for treatment was already submitted to insurance though) were retained or available. Our evaluation took from 12/6/2023 to 1/16, 2024 to schedule with many prompts for communication on my end. The evaluation took place 1/26/2024 and I repeatedly requested a copy. I asked for feedback as to why when the therapist that met with my child left the organization, she was allowed to do so with the only copy of my son's private records (evaluation). I requested to speak with someone in a role with Midwest able to fully understand this issue as well as establish processes to keep any other family from going through it in the future. I instead received a call from Amber with a promise to have a supervisor reach out to me. Several weeks later, I have had zero additional contact. Avoid this agency. It is hard enough for families to obtain support for their children without becoming another number and treated this way,
