Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital

Don’t recommend I woke up unconscious in the room I was staying at being sent to a hospital with a neck brace on me. When I told my mother this they said nothing happened. I’m not sure if the roommate beat me up or what happened. Extremely scary situation. I hope no one experiences what I went through.

As a mentally ill teen, being chronically online made me even more depressed but when I went to Montrose Outpatient, I felt myself growing a stronger mentality. Do NOT do inpatient. Only the outpatient is good and Montrose is very chill and flexible with all different kinds of people. My therapist, Ms.Love, was the kindest, funniest woman I’ve gotten to meet! She keeps it real and actually loves her job!!(*ˊᗜˋ*) Though I suggest you should take your mental health into your own hands before considering ANY therapy. Montrose outpatient tells the truth unlike a lot of places and that’s what really stuck out to me. Compass takes advantage and exploits others while in patient is abusive. I was admitted for having suicidal thoughts but just know, outpatient will get you back on your feet. WE LOVE MS.LOVE🫶🫶🫶😋

The referral process to the behavioral hospital was smooth, timely, and handled with genuine care. Staff were professional, compassionate, and attentive, making sure all questions were answered and the transition felt supportive. It was reassuring to know the patient was being referred to a facility that prioritizes both safety and dignity.

This isn't a clinic! It's hell! The staff's attitude towards people is terrible, absolutely zero! It feels like they're conducting experiments on people there! I was there for 5 days! And every day was hell!

This place my best friend got into a fight hit her head asked to go to the hospital they refused her service she went to sleep and died in her sleep because of them and they put a sheet around her neck to make it seem like she killed her self this happened 12/26/2025

One of my firm beliefs is that I try to be objective when reviewing businesses and services. As a mental health crisis responder, I understand that service provision is not instantaneous, nor is it one size fits all. It most often will seem as though the focus is elsewhere, especially when you're sick, or you or yours are having a mental health crisis. I understand that when these things occur, people, as I do, want perfect service when they want it, and not a second later. With that said, I can say that Montrose Behavioral Health Center as always stood as a go to in referring the families I serve to receive top notch care and services when mental health crisis occurs in the lives of their loved ones. Staff there have went above and beyond in making the inpatient experience one that promotes healing, crisis stabilization and mental health wholeness and wellness. And the patients and families I've referred, who return to my agency for longer term therapeutic services, have reported that their stay was a source of comfort and healing, which vitally important when mental health challenges arise in the lives of their loved ones, especially children and adolescents. I know there's a lot of negativity surrounding many of our local mental health centers, but please, if you need services for yourself or your loved one, trust this new team that is in place at Montrose, you'll definitely thank me later
