I was sent to muse Dec 1st. Upon arriving at the airport my husband and I got our tickets we got two complimentary alcoholic beverages on the plane! Of course we drank were addicts, we got to Milton house and from there I was sexually harassed by staff, my food got stolen, and I was hospitalized for the negligence of them promising they would accommodate my insurance from FL which wasn’t true. I had to threaten to leave and sue before they finally paid for my insulin after me being hospitalized for my blood sugar being over 700. They nade me but my own syringes out of packet and handle them which I am a recovering iv User. Upon coming back, male staff are supposed to announce their self before walking in to the females rooms, and one of the staff did not fly to the director and file not one but two grievances and nothing was done. I then continued to beg them to send us somewhere else which they did and they landed us in A place called San Pedro, which is more like a hostile with tons and tons of people everywhere smoking weed and drugs in and out of the facility. They’ve been sent us to.Collett house with a man that beat his wife. I am also a domestic violence survivor and I reported it, and nothing was done. I was made to be the bad guy. Finally, one of the directors told us they would move us to a certain house so we packed our bags got in the van and was told we weren’t going to that house. We were going someplace else. I then told him I was just ready to come home to get us a flight back home. The managers of the house are not licensed techs and they are handling my medication, my insulin was also lost for three days along with my insulin pump. It keeps me alive. I do not recommend anyone going to this program whatsoever, and I will also be pursuing a little suit against muse and collete house and everyone involved.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would they are all about the money. They got us an Uber then in the middle of our ride they decided that we couldn't be admitted and literally cancelled our Uber and had us dropped off on the side of the road with all our bags!!! They claimed that they would help us to find another program and never even called us back!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and they claimed he was on lunch at 10am!!! Just unethical!!! And as far as I've been told illegal!! If we couldn't be admitted they should have had the decency to take us back where they picked us up from or idk maybe actually try to find somewhere else to use up our insurances money and give us a ride!!!! If you make it to the actual program it's not a terrible place but if you not giving them the money they drop you and are cold about it!!! They treat you like a number and that's the opposite of what they claim to be. It's crazy cause they tell stories in group about facilities that take you in a Uber and you turn around and they bounced and I guess they we're telling us what they would do once they felt like we weren't of value anymore. They have some cool counselors but the company as a whole is just trying to get the money!!!! 🤑

Muse has been a life saver for me, after many years of drug abuse I have finally come to a place that is teaching me all about my disease and giving me all the tools I need to stay clean and sober. The staff here at Muse Lenny, Adam, Joyce, Chucky, Maggy, David, Joseph and so many others have been so caring and resourceful. I love the Bible Based Groups from Steve-o. The list goes on but the bottom line is I am so Thankful and grateful for this program and I recommend anyone who is looking into a Program to Change your life this is place. Sincerely Julie

If you use more than 3 tiny creamers they get mad and say this is why we can't have nice things lol 😂 the people and program is what you make it but it's just hilarious to me that 3 creamers pisses them off when they make over 7000 off one person a day 😂😂😭 also if you complain to upper management they block you and the Jen woman will text you a dozen times asking if you want to be in the program even when you've been in the program over a month they are clueless but I enjoy it me and my wife I'm sober and I quit cigarettes I guess you just do the best with what you get

This place has the rudest admissions people.

The whole management team is great. All the techs truly care and have been there themselves. This place saved my life.
