ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Do not go here!! Your mom can take care of you the way they assist your needs! GO TO AN ACTUAL HOSPITAL FOR DETOX. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU. NOTHING THEY DO HELPS! THE BEDS ARE TERRIBLE and gross, the food is even worse and the womens house is non stop noise with rooms packed with people in each room, dozen people using a restroom next to your rooms all night. Even if you do fall asleep they wake you up every couple of hours making sleep absolutely miserable! There is nothing helpful about going here for detox. Do yourself a favor and go to a detox hospital.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! DO NOT come here and DO NOT bring your loved ones here for treatment! Go somewhere else. You will regret coming here. I’ll start off by saying the “case managers” here know absolutely nothing about substance abuse treatment or how to get someone sober or keep them that way. All they do is give you handouts and talk your ear off all day long in hopes they could get their message across and ram it into your brain that you shouldn’t drink or use drugs. Doesn’t work that way and it’s not that simple. Most of the people attending this program have dual diagnosis alongside with the substance use issues. A lot have mental health issues as well. They claim to work on mental health here too but meeting with a therapist once a week isn’t working on the issue. Substance abuse and mental health go hand in hand. All they care about is getting as much money from you as possible. This place can’t even keep people for long. Some show up for one day and are never to be seen or heard from again. Happens a lot here and there’s a reason for that. Don’t believe all of these five star reviews that are posted. Most of them are from case managers or employees pretending to be people who did this program. Also, you aren’t referred to as a patient here, you are referred to as a client. Next complaint is the “doctor. ” I only spoke with this supposed doctor once and over the phone. Never saw the guy in person. Apparently this guy can only take a health history but can’t prescribe any medications. Why?? Because he’s probably not a real doctor. Now to EDD. For those of you needing treatment and not able to work, I don’t trust these people with EDD claims. From day one, I had nothing but problems and it’s because the person filling out the forms doesn’t do them correctly and I had to make multiple trips in person to EDD to get my claim fixed so I could get paid while taking time off from work. You will get nowhere with the people that are in charge of the EDD claims. They claimed to know what they’re doing, but they don’t. This place is so filthy and disgusting they don’t ever clean the floors here. Nobody takes the time to go through and wipe down and sanitize everything. There were two instances where the water was turned off and everybody had to walk to a different building five minutes away just to use a restroom. I have seen multiple roaches and ants throughout the building. That right there should tell you a lot about the cleanliness of the building and how they manage the place. It was a gross. Lastly, as I was leaving today, I encountered someone who had brought their loved one here to potentially get treatment. I told this lady to turn around and take your loved one somewhere else and they would regret coming here.

His house was the first rehab I have ever been too and there, the seed was planted. I love his house new creations because they are very caring and understanding. I built a family there and I am proud to say that I am an alumni for his house and the love you feel and the support you get is beyond words. I love his house new creations!!!
