I just had a baby here in November, I was induced and eventually was dilated to a 4 and a few hours went by like 2 hours and I was in EXTREME pain, my mom said “are you going to check her cervix?” And the nurse said no, we will after her epidural. I get an epidural and I’m CRYING in pain right, and this was right after my mom asked if they were going to see how dialated I was. This is where it gets crazy, I get the epidural and I mean NOT EVEN A MINUTE AFTER I get it I can feel HOS HEAD COMING OUT!!!! They should have checked me, I was dilated to a TEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s why I was in pain crying for hours!!!!! I will never have a baby here again. As far as the nurses there, they were sweet. But my specific nurse caused me ALOT of pain by not checking my cervix for hours. She knew it too!!!!!!!!!! My mom heard her LIE to my doctor when she came rushing in and the nurse said she checked me and she did NOT. (If you’re the nurse and you’re reading this, I should have called you out but didn’t because of all the stuff going on, I was in the worst pain of my life thanks to you lol) the epidural obviously didn’t work, because I pushed and had my baby not even an hour after I got my epidural. If she would have checked me like she was supposed too we could have gotten my epidural SOONER and I wouldn’t have been in the worst pain of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I tried breast feeding, and my son has a lip tie AND a tongue tie & they kept pressuring me to feed him. If someone tells you no, they don’t want too, just stop!! Edited: I was brave and had a baby here again, everything went MUCH better (2025) & I am not changing my original review because that really happened 100%. I got an epidural again and it really worked and helped me this time. Much easier birth this time (4 years later)

The fall unit day nurses are rude. Wish we went to Fayetteville. Never coming here again. They are rude to elderly and just do whatever they want. Didn't even offer her anything to drink!!

Most of the staff is friendly, but the quality of care is not good. Our family member was in the ICU, and they did not check on them very frequently. Alarms kept going off, and they were slow to respond. Some of the staff members were very dismissive and rude. Doctor was arrogant and rude. We had to continually advocate for our loved one to get the care they needed. Imaging results took forever—sometimes days to receive. Do not recommend this hospital overall.

I had some test ran on Friday, Monday morning the nurse of my Cardiologist calls me at home, and tells me get to the emergency room right away. So you can only expect it wasn't going to be good news.So I get to the E.R seen Dr.Kristoffer.( A nice guy,& seem to be knowledgeable) . So I told him my Cardiologist ( Amanda Hornn ) told me to get to the E.R . So the E R doctor gets with Cardiologist office, comes backin,so I asked him So doctor why am I here.and got the last answer I could ever expect. He said Idk,so he runs a few test and x Ray, and sends me home.left thinking we're they trying to give me a heart attack?

I arrived in an ambulance and was admitted into the emergency room because of a stabbing back pain. It took about 3 hours to get the X-ray taken and then a shot which finally helped. It was quite the ordeal I went through in the front waiting area. I almost felt like I wasn't going to get care until the nice nurse who was very professional and all, she made me feel better about the care I was receiving. It was such a long wait time to be in pain.
