Im not taking down my previous review because I have gotten so much good from my treatment there..ive had several major bumps to get over in the 12 yrs ive been going there and im just hoping thats all this is..a bump in the road and things hopefully will get better! I am however going to add this from my experience because thats what these reviews are for..not to lie! New I have noticed a definite change in things lately. Since the other organization merged or bought in or whatever they did..there has been staff that had been there a long time that are no longer there as well as procedural changes. The main difference ive seen is nobody answers the phone and they dont return calls either. Im on O2 continuously and dont drive anymore. Its not like i can run over there to find out why my calls arent being returned. Im a fairly patient person but after 3 or 4 days id think someone would return my call. Im starting to wonder if my provider is even there since 30 days ago! Its happened to me twice before and nobody told me til i went there. I hope they get it together and become more patient friendly..they need to realize they are dealing with mental health patients. They may have long standing physical health experience but thats not what they are dealing with now and the people that worked there were good at what they did so let them do their job.! Im sad to see that people have such negative things to say about a place and people so dedicated to helping the mentally ill. I've been a patient there since the latter part of 2014 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have been there for me when nobody else was...they have helped me thru issues I'd been dealing with for yrs....helped me do what I couldn't do for myself. I'm not going to say that in the 7 yrs I've been there that it's all been perfect. I've butted heads with a few and been hurt by a few...some were my fault a few were theirs.... What I can say is anytime a situation has come up they have handled it as quickly as possible...they listened and they have acted. I've got a serious physical thing going on as well but they have not ever given up on finding the right meds that my physical and mental self could take....they use the latest meds and they help you find a way to get them if you can't. Anyone that feels bad about this place and the people there hasn't given them a chance...they can only help as much as you let them...talking about the problems gets you what you need. They will find the right team. Give them a chance... They don't make the money they could make elsewhere I'm sure,...and they are all good to great at what they do....so that tells me they are there because they care...it's a choice. This is honestly truly sad… I was referred here and the 1 minute phone call alone helped me understand the intense low stars.

He just satisfied because they never get a part of his authorization for medication and I’ve had to wait two weeks for this medication

Made me wait two hours to tell me their system was down and cant help me. Dont put care in your name if you dont. Wont be returning. Ever.

Northcare does not care. They’ve left me without having all my meds for two weeks now. First my anti depressants were 4-5 days late then my adhd meds were two weeks late+. I was told first the nurse was sick the day they were due and then I guess the dr has been sick all week per her. They asked me to transfer to the Edmond Clinic bc they were short on drs at the Okc clinic so Dr stanbro who works at both places can see me in Edmond. Not close to me. Difficult getting rides. I did the Edmond new patient paperwork. First they told me it would be October. Then November before they could get me in. Now not at all bc the OKC, my home clinic does have drs that can see me. Guess I don’t matter. Been coming here since lost my mom and son a few years ago. My son was diagnosed as adhd bi polar too. The nurse told me she got my important meds after the anti depressants got filled. My ‘important meds’? They aren’t all important? Guess she’s the expert. Knows more than the drs. Should have filled everything like usual. They got two of my meds right, gave me two I didn’t need, and then neglected two I do need. Now their app says my adhd meds are inactive. But no one talked to me about it. I guess it’s just too bad. Disrupted a whole month of work bc of this. Never had any problems or trouble here before. I’ve never caused a problem ever. Always do exactly what I am supposed to. Just finished my 6 month treatment plan. Should have seen someone that day and got my meds that day according to a message I recd. so upset but doing my best to let it go. Powerless. But feeling my doctors don’t care about me makes me like giving up. Because no one else does. Except my husband but he can’t help. Edit: Clear up my concerns? Just saw this but you guys don’t care. Or you would have called me. I have to call you?!! You made me feel terrible and got my meds all messed up to the point I’m just off everything now which is not ok. But I have to call you and what? That feels like begging for your help.

Be careful! If you want confusion and chaos,this is the place.**edit 7/4/25** After several calls and talking to the same person, I feel like I'm in the right direction.

They have helped my grandson so much. It is night and day difference for him.

This place was, for me, unhelpful. It was the follow up to my stay at the Coo-Coo's Nest. They had me do an intake. My mother was so 😫 and such a 🚁 that she went in with me to see what it was like. Of course, what she 🪚 was like putting 💄 on a 🐷!! I find that true of some Zendaya Google searches 2. In both 💼 I 🗃️ complaints and corrections. In one case I tried to be 🩲 , the other was long like a 🦕🦒 and wound up breaking the 🐫 back. The intake advisor was nice and kind. She was pregnant with a 🍼🐥 on her mind. She gave me a 📜 of groups to 🤝 but none seemed to give me ✌️ of 🤯!! Chelsea was a licensed mental health professional although her health was not so well. She 🏙️ ped me 🥇st with the 🚓 💝 since they were concerned I lost my 🧠. I told them I didn't have much ⌚ but everyone else seemed to do just fine. The 2nd time she rang my 🔔, it made my life a living hell. It sent me down this weird 🐇 ⛳ and although🙏 🤲 the truth also needs to YELL!! Another 🧱 and number in the system. Like Neo in the Matrix, I wouldn't miss em. There is a 📼 and some 📬 ☁️. The 🐈‍⬛ and 🐻‍❄️ is a fancier story to tell!!
