Oasis Renewal Center

My niece came here when she was having issues. I paid for the facility. She was constantly being asked for money for dumb things like a dish left in a sink or a bed not made correctly. I was having to constantly pay her $20 "fine" to some cash app. When she left she said she wasn't able to take it anymore. She said there was no counseling, no assistance, she was forced to take Ubers with creepy guys to go to work. She was sleeping in a bunk bed and wasn't able to shower regularly. They forced her to work at some places for free rent and they were terrible situations where she was surrounded by bad guys and drugs. Avoid this place at all costs!

Oasis is a sad sad version of a wanna be high class rehab. It's a complete money grab. I had numerous prescription medications come up missing while there. They said they would investigate the issue , yet I never heard anything about it. If your insurance runs out, suddenly you are cured. The counselors and therapists pretend to care about the clients,yet as soon as your Insurance runs out, they rush you out the door. It's a sad situation. They claim to have years of recovery, yet most don't even have a year of sobriety. I would not send a loved one here. If you do, don't expect a miracle, it's not going to happen

This rehab is very affective in establishing long term sobriety if a person desires it. The negative reviews here are not accurate and the staff very much care for the clients, with most being former addicts and alcoholics themselves. I participated in residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. A client will be paired with a counselor, therapist, and a psychiatrist. Toward the end of treatment a client can be paired with a sponsor of a 12 step program like AA. There are too many resources to list that Oasis and Recovery Centers of Arkansas have to offer, but a person has to desire to be clean/sober and want to change their lifestyle. No one can make an individual stay sober so the staff cannot be blamed especially when they let it be known that the client must put in the effort to rise above their addiction. My experience with Oasis renewal was professionalism, compassion,education, and I left with the clear understanding about my addiction. I struggle with addiction my whole life and I've been to many treatment centers throughout my life but I left Oasis from you or something I can't explain that was different than any other treatment center and I was ever at. I love working here. It is a beautiful place for adults to take a small break and take in the beautiful nature of Oasis Renewal Center. The staff are good caring people who want to help others find their way in recovery. My name is Cindy, and I am in housekeeping. I am also in recovery.

This rehab is the only thing that saved me!!

My sister was treated very poorly by Ladonna and was verbally and psychology abused by her. This place is a scam and a joke.
