Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient, Licensed Primary Mental Health

Located in San Mateo near the Pacific Coast Highway, the OCD and Anxiety Treatment Centers offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and related conditions. The program provides 3-hour sessions, 5 days a week, for individuals ages 8 and up, delivering structured outpatient care. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing consistent access to care. Track Progress With Precision The program uses weekly outcome tracking and individualized planning to monitor progress and adjust care. Individual sessions and structured group settings build coping skills and reduce symptoms over time. Treatment targets intrusive thoughts, anxiety responses, and trauma-related distress through consistent skill-building and measurable progress. Experienced clinicians provide targeted, individualized care aligned with each person’s needs and goals.
