I called to set up appointment and the person was friendly. Sent me stuff to fill out online for preparation and asked me to download their app. I did and tried to set an appointment. I was only given the choice of the next day with multiple times and I thought that was easy only to be told it was denied. So, I called and was told someone would call back. I tried to reschedule anither appointment on app, onky choice was next day with multiple times yo choose from, again my choice was denied. I called and told them I was trying to set up an initial appointment and that the app made me feel like I was choosing a lottery date. I'm suffering and nobody has taken the time to return my calls to set up my first appointment. I think it's truly shameful the way things have become in today's medical fields.
My child is a client at Olalla Center. I called this morning with a simple question about Rideline forms and was yelled at by Olalla Center’s administrator, Randy. I apologize for not being rich, Randy. I’m just trying to use our insurance benefits. Administrators in the county, city, health and education in Lincoln County are failing citizens and clients.
