Pacific Clinics treats adults, adolescents, children 10+ throughout California who seek help for mental health disorders, as well as eating disorders, insomnia, and co-occurring substance use disorders. They provide outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and preventative community outreaches. Between all of their clinics, their culturally and linguistically responsive centers serve clients in over 20 languages. They use evidence-based talk therapies and medication management and take a personalized, strength-based approach. Location Pacific Clinics’ two-building San Jose clinic cares for individuals, couples, and families. Like Pacific’s other Bay Area clinics, this location offers therapy for neurodiversity, including play therapy for children with autism. This location’s neurodiversity therapies are the most robust. The San Jose clinic also is 1 of 3 Pacific locations with a Hope Drop-In Center for youth. These Hope Drop-In Centers care for adolescents and young adults 15-25, including LGBTQ+ youth. They give youth a place for growth and self-expression. Their facility has a lounge with computers, recreational activities, laundry service, meals, employment support, transportation support, money management, games, and opportunities to connect with other youth. The Hope Drop-In Center’s services are free. Another feature of the San Jose clinic is its physical fitness center, available to clients of all ages. The San Jose clinic is part of in Pacific Clinics’ Bay Area region. Pacific also has clinics in Los Angeles/Orange/Ventura, the Capital region, Fresno, and the Inland Empire. The other 4 areas run treatments slightly differently to accommodate local needs. Highlights As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Pacific Clinics deliver comprehensive, high-quality care and training programs like Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification. Standout features of their treatment are their low energy neurofeedback system (LENS) treatment option, their sand tray therapy for children, and their integration of mental health services with social support and education. Another noteworthy aspect of Pacific Clinics is their willingness to work with parole departments to help clients integrate into the community and avoid reincarceration. Care Info and Transparency Pacific Clinics uses Welligent to track clients’ care. Clients can log into Welligent to make appointments and see information about their progress during and after treatment. Pacific Clinics requests that clients call them, instead of using Welligent, to discuss urgent needs.
