Parkman Recovery

I was a patient here for about 43 days. Sobriety and education of addiction is what you learn here. It's tough tough work and takes up most of the day. It can be really overwhelming at first but you must give it time and have the mindset of wanting to get sober. When I got a routine set up and opened up to the staff this place ended up being a god send. When you let go of control and hand it over to professionals this place will change your life. The staff there is amazing and I really connected to them and can say they have positively impacted my life. I hold my time and experience here close to my heart and without Parkman I would probably still be using drugs or dead. If you want to get sober and learn to stay sober I recommend Parkman.

This place sucks. The techs are nice and actually care shoutout ant, natalie, and shannon. The rest of this place is all in it for the money. Miss Jeanette doesn't understand how private insurance works. I was trying to go out to california for continued treatment and she was trying her hardest to not let me, she lied and said she sent my insurance and ID to the place in california but once i got out i found out she never did. I am writing this from california now and this place is an actual treatment facility with groups that really help. Jake is a good counselor at parkman. While i was at parkman the two supervisors got fired for fraud and multiple techs quit leading to alot of changes. The rules basically changed everyday which was annoying because I was never able to create a routine. The nurse tina is also very kind and helpful. If you want recovery, i urge you to go to glenbeigh or somewhere out of state if you have the insurance to do so.

Working with the staff is made easy. They are timely, efficient, and offer many services to clients in need.

honestly nothing nice to say other than wrongfully firing workers. A couple months ago they had the males working in the female house when that’s not allowed, mice in one of the houses. It’s a recovery place yet everyone is still allowed to bring vapes and cigarettes in as well as the staff.

So I took a family member in there because there's nothing else we could do and he's been in and out of rehabs and alcoholic abuse and we got recommended that place and all sudden now nowhere we get a really rude and nasty call from a person who works from that place and they were doing the whole guilt tripping thing basically saying that we don't care about the family member being rude and hateful the entire call and I honestly don't think I'd ever want to deal with them personally again after that experience I've had with them and this is two calls we had to deal with the people being really rude to us to the family members who brought our family member into the rehab to be taken care of

An obituary at 40 was not a rousing introduction and review of this facility.

the staff here is awesome and the building is so nice. great experience update: i’ve referred about 6 of my friends from cleveland to parkman who needed help and they all had great experiences like me
