Terrible place. Don't go here, avoid it. Kennadi is the worst. Only cares about the money and not people. I do not recommend.

Been going to therapy for about 10 years now. This is the only place that won't put my diagnosis (ADHD) in...even tho I've had it everywhere else I've gone. Instead I have GAD, and two other disorders I think there defiance disorders...even tho I'm a adult and those are disorders they give to children to I guess put labels on them. They have not once texted me to remind me of my appointments, pretty sure they text my dad still even tho I've changed all my paperwork after I turned 18 last year. Ms.Haymaker seems nice, but some things I don't like about her. She gave me a med that was for lowerin blood pressure because it was supposed to help me fall asleep....than I had to call off the next day... because of that med....and apparently the desk people, never told her about the voicemail that was left. I had requested a ESA paper for a dog, apparently it was picked up but I never got it. It's been a mixed experience here. I want to leave but don't know where to go.

Same issue once again. I will be 3 days without my meds again! 12 hours they knew I needed refills and they won't send it over. They don't care about you here. They have made me feel like I don't matter at all! It's not right. The counselor in supposed to see, won't sign off on my meds and I don't know why. I'm tired of being patient and kind to people who have shown me that I mean nothing to them. I'm reporting them. Don't waste your time coming here. They only care about a check. Not their patients.

This place is completely dysfunctional and should not represent people who are needing mental emotional help! I have had multiple appointments with "psychiatrist" that would be playing video games, one used my time to complain all about her life problems, one that consistently wouldn't show up for appointments yet marked that I wasn't showing up. My favorite is the most recent, I paid my bill and they sent me a notification saying I didn't show up for an appointment and canceled all future appointments. I've been calling now for 12 days and still have yet to have a person answer the phone! As someone who followed their therapist here I have yet to find a psychiatrist that I can give a good review on after 8 years here!

If I could give this place a zero I definitely would!! Worst place I’ve ever taken my child to. We switched to Akron Children’s Behavioral health and couldn’t be happier!

Perfect if you want your time wasted to be dismissed or prescribed something that has nothing to do with your condition do you enjoy being gaslighted? Go here !

To simplify my experience with this facility, we can leave it at “frustrating, harmful”. Not only was I placed on a medication that caused a severe breakdown, I never asked for said medication. I trusted my “knowledgeable” licensed doctor. Mistake number one. I had constant issues with refills. Almost every month, for a year. I’d call the office in advance. I’d wait. I’d beg my pharmacist to help. I’ve went off my medication unwillingly before, dealt with side effects, just to get back on finally. It’s been hell. I finally found a doctor for my insurance who is helping me, thankfully. That was mistake two. I had canceled an appointment due to COVID, and had to wait over A MONTH AND A HALF to reschedule. Really? And once more, had refill issues when I had covid. Mistake three, I was done. I advise all to steer clear, please. For your safety and health, there’s helpful doctors out there.
