Pyramid York Methadone Maintenance

I've been a client with Pyramid Healthcare Care several times. They always welcomed me back. Once I started taking my recovery seriously and using both my MAT medication and the other resources Pyramid provides my life improved dramatically. I can say with sincerity and 100% truth that out of every clinic ive been to, this is the best one. Its super clean, amazing staff, no lines, no illicit parking lot activities, great groups, additional resources when needed and a non judgemental atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to start your recovery Pyramid Healthcare is a great place. MAT medication has a negative stigma attached to it, but if you're like most addicts who struggle with getting and staying clean, MAT might be for you. Sometimes long term use of medications is needed for certain situations. As far as getting off MAT its not nearly as hard as people say it is, as long as you take your time and follow the instructions of the doctors. There's no reason getting off MAT has to be a quick over night process. So if one of the reasons you are scared to get on a MAT medication is because you're worried about getting off talk to someone at Pyramid, it's not as hard as people have made it out to be.

They could be better with follow though we they say that it will be done. Also they should take notes with patients in my opinion it would help a bit when it comes to know what needs done and what is needed to be done in order for best care.

This facility saved my life. I like everyone there. My counselor Jeff and Josh has really helped me along, and all of them will help in anyway..

Pyramid Healthcare is a saving grace! I’ve been in and out of the program for give or take 10 years. Through out them years, I saw the facility go through multiple changes, for the better. I can say I’ve had some negative experiences there but within the last year, things have really changed. The staff is very caring and compassionate. The nurses are great as well as clinical staff. Josh, the director started off as being my therapist up until he moved into the position of director. He still asks how I am and talks to me when he sees me. My current therapist is Amanda and she is god sent. Seriously. She has helped me so much and I am forever grateful for her. Cara, the one LPN is so caring and compassionate! The vibes in the building are good! Highly recommend this place for MAT (methadone)! Can’t forget Tiffany! The front office receptionist!

The staff of the Pyramid facility make the recovery process a journey of possibilities and opportunities. The counselor I had the opportunity to work with showed me a type of respect I haven't seen at any other facility. I am grateful for this on a daily basis. Just the small favor of offering a cup of coffee to clients in the morning makes the trip a great way to start the day. The security guards are even a part of the family and friends environment, taking the time to get to know the clients who use the waiting room daily. I am actually a bit bummed, when the administrator at the front window, has taken the day off because, she too, brightens my day and has had me laughing at her silly jokes and birthday songs throughout the past year.

I’d like to start by saying PYRAMID HAS BEEN THE MOST HELP since the beginning. I’ve had my rounds in recovery but this is the place that stuck with. I regained my confidence to be strong and have the power to control myself again. We all fall short at times, but if you want to get up and stay up, this is the place you should check out.
