This is by far the best detox experience I've had on Portland's eastside. The staff are professional, experienced, and very caring. Despite the inevitable turbulence that occurs in this industry, they seem to always try their hardest to accommodate and meet all clients' needs. The cozy house-style setting with smaller dorm rooms is a wonderful place to provide more peace and an opportunity for better rest and recovery. The kitchen staff are always working hard to provide three comfort meals per day and work miracles with what they have. Despite being a relatively new detox agency, they provide a generous atmosphere that feels much better and more seasoned than the older, larger agencies in the industry. Best place ever to recover from addictions

Dude if it weren’t for Christina I would most definitely not be alive. The facility and all the staff are seriously nothing short of amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful that I started my journey there.

The staff was very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable and safe! The house was clean and nice. The staff were all professional, friendly and seemed like they loved their job. I think that is so important liking your job and coworkers. They all seemed to know how bad addiction is and that is a respectful thing as I was struggling. I felt a lot of kind hearted, empathetic employees. From Elizabeth and the front office staff, detox technicians, cleaning team, the doctors and nurses to the kitchen and everyone in between. Thank you for your support and helping me! I would absolutely recommend this to someone in need of detox help.

The staff was really nice , the nurses were not as nice. The food was great it was very comfy and clean. But I did have some very bad experiences with the nurses to start, I was clearly suffering and they said “ I am not your slave or servant, when I asked for more meds to comfort, and then deliberately did not give me meds for hours in spite while I was really suffering , also I really really think y’all should reconsider letting people have their nicotine vapes there and if not, maybe don’t have the staff vaping in front of the patients and then tell them their not allowed to use theirs. I haven’t had a cigarette in 5 years, and that was really rough to see and not be able to use my vice. And have a kid younger than me tell me no. My final grievance is being yelled at to get out of the shower when it was the only thing making me feel better atm. Really just all around had a bad experience. Little things that could have made such a difference in my stay and my life. Better luck next time 😞

Wow! I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE. Truly the most conducive detox I’ve ever experienced. DON’T SETTLE FOR LESS. Anyone looking to leave that life, remember to ask about flex-funds. They will pay for housing for 2 months while you get back on your feet! This place saved my life!!!

I finally showed up at detox with 100% NO hope. I left with the opportunity to have my life back.This place literally saved my life! There's not one staff member there that isn't completely full of love and understanding. No judgement whatsoever. I feel like everyone there was handpicked for a reason. I can't express my gratitudy more. Fetty almost took my life but recovery works nw has literally saved it. I feel like this place is nothing but a Godsent! 😘😍🙏😇
