Overall, my experience has been positive—attending the program at Relevance has been helpful for my treatment and personal growth.

This place is awesome ,throughout my stay I’ve learned being sober was the best thing for me. I struggled with addiction for 10 years and finally can be proud of myself. The staff here are very nice and professional. If you do choose relevance stick with it your worth it.

Had an amazing experience with everyone here. From the admissions team all the way to the techs here everyone here is the sweetest and happy to help with whatever you need.

Relevance Recovery really helped a love one of mine. They worked relentlessly to take there time to make my family member feel comfortable and confident. The staff there is very supportive and shows how much they care.

The staff is so wonderful and accommodating they took such great care of me while I was there. The facility is beautiful and the supportive housing is so cozy and makes me feel like I'm at home. I would recommend this place to anyone I love.

My experience with Relevance Recovery was awful. The advertising and information I received before arriving were completely false. What they sell you over the phone is not what you actually walk into. From the moment I got there, the staff were cold and standoffish. It was obvious that many of them have little real understanding of the field or the people they’re supposed to be helping. The intake process was rushed and unprofessional you do a quick intake and then you’re immediately thrown into group while they run your insurance. There’s no real explanation of the program, no orientation, and no effort to make you feel comfortable. The living conditions were also unacceptable. The photos they sent me beforehand must have been taken years ago because the reality was completely different. The house was run down and smelled strongly like dog urine. What really shocked me was the behavior of some staff members. One employee openly talked about using drugs and how things were “better when you’re using.” Think about that for a second — this is supposed to be a recovery program where people come for help. It also became very clear that the priority here seems to be maximizing insurance billing and profit rather than providing actual treatment or care. Patients are rushed into groups immediately while insurance is being processed, with little concern for orientation, support, or the quality of care being provided. The final straw came during a clinical group when a staff member aggressively told me to “give her my phone now.” It wasn’t a request — it was a demand, delivered with a completely disrespectful tone. When I decided I had enough and wanted to leave, they threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the premises while at the same time refusing to give me my belongings. Completely unprofessional. Places like this take advantage of people who are vulnerable and genuinely looking for help. I would not recommend Relevance Recovery to anyone. Do your research before trusting this place.
