Riviera Recovery - Barrington House

I stayed at Riviera for seven months, and it was one of the most supportive environments I’ve been part of. Tim, the program manager, genuinely cared about every resident and created a structured, recovery-focused community. The house was well-managed, the atmosphere positive and there was a strong sense of accountability and connection. I built lasting friendships and found real value in the group activities, meetings and daily routines that supported my continued growth. Thank you, Riv!

Riviera Recovery has been an absolute blessing for our family. From day one, Tim and the entire staff have been nothing short of amazing. They treated our loved one with genuine kindness and compassion, and over time, formed a real bond that made all the difference in his journey. I had a great experience at the women's Riviera house. The staff members were amazing. The care I received from the house manager, Lannah, was incredible. She always went out of her way to provide extra support for her clients.

Unfortunate Experience with Rivera I recently visited Rivera based on its promising description and positive reviews, my experience was disappointing and left me feeling debilitated. This experience was not only below the standard I anticipated but also had a significant negative impact on me. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to prevent similar experiences for others. I would also appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further or hear how they intend to improve. I stepped in human feces—a shocking and unsanitary situation that should never occur in any public or private space. This experience was not only unpleasant but also unacceptable. Cleanliness and customer care are basic standards that should never be compromised. I strongly urge management to take immediate steps to improve sanitation and train staff to handle such incidents with empathy and professionalism.
