Looking for help when you really need it? Well keep looking. I did their impatient program and was medically discharged because I had seizures under their care. My case was too "complex" for them. In inpatient, they gave me the wrong dose of my Clonazepam taper more than once. I had a seizure and came to this "lovely" place. I spoke to my doctor who prescribes my benzos and he's fine with me being on sublocade. I came in today for an appointment. DR. GREWAL was aware of my prescriptions. I have been coming for 3 months. I got a call just a few minutes ago saying I was no longer allowed back with my sublocade shot coming up. The reason for my discharge one pharmacy used my middle initial and the other just used my last name. The other reason was another pharmacy was added. Now I'm left to detox on a couch. Thanks a lot rosecrance. Take a guess who added the middle initial. Dr. GREWAL added my middle initial today 01/20/26 to make a discrepancy to have me kicked out. And I have all my bottles and bubble packs to prove it. Dr. Grewal also added their pharmacy inside the facility which causes me to void the MAR contract that they have you sign and not read. Mark was also no help. I will be keeping my bottles and bubble packs because I know I was truthful. So thank you for adding a third pharmacy and adding a middle initial to void and discharge me on sublocade and psych meds. Make sure you keep everything from this place. They have no problem screwing you over. Will keep updating.

Get ready to have a different psychiatrist every 6 months. No doctor stays at the Ware Center. Everytime I get a new doctor, they don't even try to get to know you..they just throw drugs at you, that you don't need, and don't give you the ones that do. Out of 6 psychiatrists, that I've been cycled through there, only two of them did their jobs well. Currently I am assigned to a very rude doctor, that's not even in my network, so they have to put my scripts in through another doctor, instead of giving me a doctor in my network!! Because of this, when it's not put through the other doctor, I've had to wait days for them to straighten it out. I'm now on my 3rd month of them putting it through wrong, so I hope you like going without your meds for days. One time that they gave me a new doctor (after yet another one left) that scheduling fiasco left me without my meds for 3 WEEKS. It's a total clown show...don't come here unless it's literally your ONLY option. They don't care about their patients AT ALL.

Will not give me the vivitrol shot without seeing a counselor, even though I go to AA and have a therapist... way to care rosecrance! Also did not get much out of treatment here, go somewhere where they do smaller groups. Only had time to check in, for the most part. Only good thing about this place was the friends I made

NOT a good place if you have trauma. The “doctor” was rude, distant, and made me feel like I did not want to be there. It’s really too bad these are the only resources people without private insurance have access to - when I had Cigna people cared, or at least did a better job acting like it.

This place is a joke. They're not trying to help you unless something bad happens and still then nothing to help resolve whatever problem that you're going through. They're very rude they treat you like you're nothing especially the people at the front desk very very rude . You guys need to do better

The people working there do not care about you. you can buy drugs on site. Every one there is mandated and don't take anything serious

I appreciate the help they gave but I'm starting feel like they pick to choose I live in a dv shelter and I feel like people in DV shelter should get the help they need I understand people in the DV shelter are either homeless and I understand we struggle to and want to get better and heal and I feel dv victims should have more access to recoces
