Very good treatment center learned alot great staff good classes probably saved my life

As I was getting ready to go threw 3 major surgeries, I came to there detox facilities in Lacey, inpatient is great staff is very friendly and caring, outpatient is a nightmare, no accommodations for ADA, I was injured on a transport from group I didn't get taken to the hospital, the lower back fusion I had just got done suffered an other injury, yolin Tapia the director did not report it, is not wanting to cover my medical bill's, because I advocated for my self I was pushed to leave the program, I've had appointments that I missed and they wouldn't provide transportation, but they can take the native America's to sweat and tail gate parties, now I have to go threw the surgery room again because of there driving negligence, unable to go back to work they do care about the insurance money blue shield blue cross paid alot of money for me to be there and they couldn't even provide me with a ADA accommodations for transport, methadone people got all there rides and everything they needed, our tax dollars are wasted at this place alot food thrown away wasted rules are based on the director's feelings, not one of there staff has the schooling for the job, all they care about is there money,anyone who gives this place positive reviews most be paid, or related to them, or service man and women can agree to all this dirtiness, the feedback information doesn't seem to be real, and your not going to help anyone hire real professionals to operate your sweat shop, and focus on being equal to everyone not just the native American people

After trying to get sober for years, I can genuinely say this is the only treatment center that helped me stay clean. The staff is wonderful. They will teach you how to transition into your new life in recovery!! This is the best treatment center in Washington, and it isn’t even close!

Royal was very attentive to my needs through out my entire stay.

Thank you for finally getting me sober. So while in a moment of darkness, I dug around in the car seat and put a white speck under my tongue, I still am going on 60 days sober. I understand protocal and a relapse = detox, but the way the strip search was handled was dehumanizing. So much so that I didn't feel comfortable staying in your care. When I left the 12 week program, I was basically blacklisted and when I expressed my concerns to Yolene, she gaslit me and said I was "high and not remembering things correctly". I still have not been shown proof of a positive test result despite asking repeatedly. I've done a lot of processing of this situation since I've left and while I'm able to just be at peace with many things, I simply can't seem to find peace when I think about two things: The day before I AMA'd (at around 11pm) I had spent 250$ on groceries, none of which was able to be returned to me for reasons which I still dont understand. I was a star student there, took care of the house and my fellow clients. I was told by other clients that they saw staff bringing in my citrus fruits into the office and it being a spectacle because yeah, I had just spent like 30 bucks on citrus tryna get my immune system right. The staff I guess needed the vitamin c more than I? And ya know what, I can even come to terms with that despite it being just all around hurtful and dehumanizing. But what I CANT be ok with ... Is my 65 dollar vibrator being confiscated. Who is using that? Yolene? Good god, give me my stuff back woman. Anyway. Thanks for getting me sober guys.

I love Royal life centers it’s helped me to build a better foundation. I’m glad they have have 12 week now instead of 9 weeks

Great treatment facility amazing structure and staff even better program I was here for the full 12 weeks and the people here are really caring and considerate they help me improve my self and turn my life and attitude around !!! Highly recommend
