Saint Clares Hospital Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Ive been going to the Saint Clair location about 5 months sense the summer of 2025 and one of my therpist Left the facility his name was Richard Oliver, and when he left replaced me with the director of the facility and her name is Wendy . Wendy doesn't write or talk to me about my concerns or needs and when I told her this wasn't going to work ; can you assign me with other therpist she told me she will right ,but actually talk to another staff member and laugh at me and neglected me for now two weeks, the only reason why I know she talk to another staff member and laugh at me; because I was in the next room besides the room she was talking. I was waiting for my mental health groups to start and the walls are thin and I overheard them laugh and bring my name up . Unfortunately that is not professional and now I see why they get bad ratings in Google reviews because it's true. I guess my mental health isn't a priority to them , Even though I told her I don't feel comfortable with you and she ask why , I straight up told her I don't trust you point blank period. She looked dumbfounded like she didn't realize what she did, I guess she treat all her clients this way after vocalizing your concerns and why you wanted to see another therapist. That's not the only problem in that location ,as a transportation needs one of the drivers are very rude and disrespectful they answer you saying what! with a mean tone or forget to pickup to attend groups (Nick)!! Which is the transportation director ,also other drivers says he is also disrespectful to them as well ,and I heard it from their mouths personally. The way he talks to them about pickups and lying about you are supposed to be here instead of there making them do more work, also in my mental health groups a few people I attending there with me said he is rude to them as well and overreacts .They are 3 staff members their that actually care in that place to be honest. I just want to let people know don't come here find a better place , I'll keep you updated

If you value your time and health, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I showed up for my in person appointment yesterday and they had assigned me to the wrong kind of practitioner who mind you did not mention this until 10 minutes into me providing all my personal information about my issue. They then made me wait in the hallway while they scrambled to figured out what to do with me as there had been a mistake in scheduling me. The following day, scheduled me an appointment for 12:40 with the proper provider but get this…the provider never showed up. I waited over 30 minutes and had to miss hours of school for this virtual appointment. I called the office twice and they kept emailing the provider I was supposed to see to no avail. I am cancelling my appointment and never returning.

I see all the ratings and I'm almost not surprised. Go somewhere else if your insurance company lets you. It's a big hospital system that just needs the money to continue operating.

This is a terrible place to go to for therapy and to seek treatment from prescribers. Some of the therapists speak in a monotone voice and don’t even establish positive repertoire for patients— I believe this is key in this profession. When seeking treatment from prescribers, mediations are not recalibrated as needed and patients are left to suffer. Concerns are not met seriously sometimes, unless an older authority figure is present to relay concerns. This is unacceptable, as a doctor patient concerns must be taken seriously. If the level of concern is unclear, it is the responsibility of the professional to ask more questions and understand the situation. This does not occur at this establishment. Do not bring your family or loved ones to this facility if you want them to experience well-rounded and compassionate care. It is extremely unfortunate, but the reviews for this establishment speak for themselves.

Doctor Oulichi Chalki I need be fired tell her my medication it’s not working at night time and she had another thing over the counter to makes sleep he didn’t work she waste my sister money and my money on disability can’t afford this medication if they don’t work 18.32 14.50 5.00 she need to be fired and lose her medicine license too. She go back to school. To learn. How back school

If there is an issue with your medication forget having it figured out in a timely fashion. It has been over a week now and the pharmacy still hasn't gotten approval for my medication which has been approved by two doctors here. I will be going to another prescriber. This place has a low rating for a reason.

My friend went to this hospital and they put him in restraints for no apparent reason (not cool man) he told me there was VERY rude staff and more. Maybe if you are a mental health clinic for suicidal children maybe not slap them in the face with rude staff?? I havent seen my friend AHEM SINCE KINDERGARTEN in so long and guess what??? He had to get sent back to your prison because your staff DIDNT DO ANYTHING????

2013-2015 st claires saved my life. Was I hospitalized multiple times? Yes. One time I was discharged and readmitted within a 48 hour period. That is not St Claire’s fault. Those are the results of lack of effort to their program. The staff at St Claires understood this was a growing process, and it was going to take a lot of time. I enjoyed their presence and vice versa. It was COMFORTABLE to open up to them, despite the uncomfortable topics. BEHAVIORAL health cannot be fixed in a day. or a week. or a year. It takes time to change. Some staff off the top of my head whom I smile when thinking about: CCIS- Jamie, Shelly, Ashley, Bernie, Dr.Shah, MaryAnne Their partial program: Lynne Ables, Dawn, Jason, Judy. If ANY of those people are still there, please bare your soul to them. It is safe.
