Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Dr. Moe, Will(RIP), Gene, Linda, Rhonda, Stacey ,Ryan are modern day saints imo not sure I’d be here if it wasnt for them and their whole staff, i pray more people find their salvation under Midtown NTP’s care and guidance.
I would choose this place over ITC any day. Love my counselor and all the staff is amazing. This place helped me get my life back. Would and have recommended this place to my closest friends. UPDATE: This review was 7 years ago at the beginning of my treatment at Midtown methadone clinic & I came to rely on this clinic as support in my recovery. I had earned all my bottles, not a negative drug screen in years, passed my bottle recalls, survived the death of my son while going there. Then the rug got pulled out from underneath me. I hate to even post about it because they made me feel like just another untrusted junkie. I was told someone told them that “ I was misusing my medication & they had receipts!” I asked for to see their “receipts “ & I asked to be allowed to show my proof that I had never misused my meds, & I was denied & kick out on the street after 8 years. No further explanation, no communication from my counselor who I had came to believe actually cared for me as a person. I was so shaken that I had been accused of something I absolutely did not do & couldn’t understand where my support had gone. Where was the right to find the truth, & the option to have my side shared? Any time I ever made a mistake there, I would tell them the truth & ask for guidance, I was always honest about my choices in recovery, whether good or bad. It was imperative for me to be honest or they could not help me properly & if I didn’t get help & support, I would have died. I was devastated, but, I pulled myself together & registered at a different clinic nearby, only to find out they had done this to a number of clients & a number of their nurses were accused of false accusations & fired. I know midtown has had a lot of challenges & changes with staffing, but other than that, I cannot explain what’s going on at midtown. Nevertheless, I’m slowly but surely getting re-acclimated at my new clinic, however, my new counselor has sent my old counselor, Stacy M. multiple emails requesting my records from midtown, as have I, yet still have received no response. Again, I don’t understand what’s going on at midtown methadone clinic, however, I will never trust them again in my recovery. It’s crucial for me to have trust & honesty & communication with the support I implement in my recovery. Even though I’ve had such a disappointing experience with Midtown, I encourage anyone who needs help in recovery to know MAT treatment saved my life & many others. Please ask for help if you need it, & please do your research when choosing who to support you in your recovery. Thanks Christina Matthews
Midtown is a place where you don't have to wait in line 45 min your only in line 30 sec it's fast and there really there to help you . All the nurses are like family everyone knows each other . If you need a place that's stress free and and really is there to help this is the place I've been going a long time and they don't pressure you to go down on your dose they don't give you problems on going up on ur dose either like I said stress free I love midtown best thing that ever happened to me I've been clean the whole time I've been there. Great place that wants to help with no pressure!
I have yet to encounter any staff member that has not been professional,, patient and engaged in helping me through this process. I am so happy I chose this clinic to start my journey to recovery. They have definitely made it an easy and comfortable process. Keep up the good work!!
What once made this the best clinic issue slowly fading away ... since the switch all the buricratic stuff has made this slowly start to become like the other local one ... the doctor cares but they make it impossible to handle things right .. not everyones recovery is black and white .. councilors are leaving left and right because of it all, it was once like a family they made you feel like they truly cared and it's what made it stand out and a fantastic place... not it's like ... take a number and shut up ....it's not the same that's for sure
15 years clean with the help of Dr Moe and his team. They are strict but it's bc they care!
Edit: I'm here 12/19/24 their locking the doors on us even though they haven't and cant dose. They whole lobby is full. This isn't the first time the system has failed. Not sure why the Cop has the need mocking us as we just sit and stand here in this mess. I hate this place more and more. I hope a different clinic will honor my bottles Nope. I'm sure since moving locations it's great to work there, however the patient experience has been frustrating It's better than using however I urge you to find a different clinic, medicine or protocol entirely.
This is a place to recover from opiates yet they will lower your dose over weed. What a joke. No other clinics will do that plus its helping with my taper. Also the wait has increased 10 fold since they changed locations
