Never, ever leave a loved one at this place. It took nine months in a hospital in Indianapolis to fix what the staff did to my daughter. Awful!

As a family member of a patient, I’m honestly disturbed by what I saw at this hospital. They don’t separate patients who have serious legal issues or violent backgrounds from younger, vulnerable patients who are just there for depression or anxiety. That’s not okay, and it’s scary. People come here already struggling, and instead of feeling safe, they’re put in an environment where they’re constantly on edge. Some patients can be aggressive or unpredictable, and it feels like the staff are overwhelmed and not fully equipped to deal with that level of danger. As a family member, it’s terrifying knowing your loved one could be exposed to this. If you truly care about your family member, please think twice before bringing them here. This place doesn’t feel like a space for healing it feels like it could actually cause more harm, both mentally and physically.

Was here for about a month. It's not a perfect experience, but it was mostly good for me. Logan and Malia (Malea? Sorry if I misspelled.) are literal angels on earth. Kacey (Casey?) is the tough love girlie and helped me a lot on my first day. Most of the techs and nurses are kind and personable. The doctors listened to me and promptly adjusted when meds were or weren't working. I enjoyed the group and art therapy programs. Couldn't bring myself to do music therapy (didn't wanna cry lol). The food was great, thank you to the team in the kitchen. I knock off a star for personal reasons. Being that, sometimes, loud or irate patients are not dealt with. I come from a childhood of abuse, so yelling triggers me. However, I was quickly put in another room when a roommate of mine didn't make me feel safe. I appreciate the techs listening to me, but realize that may not be everyone's experience if all the beds are filled. Overall, a mostly good experience for what a mental health facility can be.

I am severely displeased with the lack of communication and professionalism at this facility. It touts high reviews, yet there is little to no communication for families and patients. Its website states "No-obligation assessment Our assessment team will evaluate your unique challenges, including symptoms, past behaviors and experiences. Our medical team will review this information and determine a comprehensive treatment plan for you, whether you are admitted for inpatient treatment or recommended for outpatient care." Highly dissatisfied - do not go to this treatment center! Patients do not have a choice. They are held against their will and do not have a say in their treatment plan.

Horrible. If you respect yourself or your loved ones don't send them here. I've tried 3 times to get help and they make you wait hours for an assessment. Just to assess you and then not believe or try to help you. Waste of time, so many other would-be patients saying the same thing. A joke.

I admitted myself here a few years ago, the staff was very kind and caring but as a self admittance patient I was very aware of the lack of any sort of security, I'm a decent sized man myself but to feel like if something happend I'd have to help the smaller female nurses incase of an incident with anyone close to my size is unsettling and not what I'm there for.

Worst mental health help experience I have encountered. Have also heard many bad stories from this facility. Poor staffing, failure to help person in need, did not have supervisor to talk to.

Can never get a return phone call.
