Serenity Trt and Counseling

I have been to many clinics in my day and this one is very professional ran. Everybody is very polite and caring when you go to dose you’re in and you’re out of there. It’s not long lines or nothing like that. I was just wanting to give them a shout out. 💯👀👍❤️❤️

This has been a game changer for me. Not like any other clinic I have heard about. They actually respect you here. Group sessions have helped the most and my counselor keeps me positive in rough times.

I have been there for over a year and a half and I have never had a single issue whatsoever! The Staff is phenomenal, friendly, and you honestly (at least I do and others I know that have or still are in the program) get the feeling they care about you and seeing you get better! I went to the Merrillville Methadone Clinic back in 2013 and while I dont know if it has changed (doubtful), it was just ridiculous. On average, no mater when you got there, you would have to wait in line...sometimes for 20 minutes to get your dose. I went for I believe 3 or 4 months and did not see or get a call of text from any counselor. Didn't even know for sure who mine was. Serenity is never overcrowded or has lines out the door. unless your doing a UA or have to see your counselor, you are in and out in under 5-7 minutes and that is a high estimate. The whole atmosphere is positive!

This is THEEEEE best clinic and I've been to 6 clinics in my 7years on methadone ! I gave up hope of there being a good clinic until this one! Sadly I live in indiana so I have to pay everyday but that's nothing to do with their fault,they are SO AMAZING like Seriously I've had no issues at all and even if I did they are so good at getting it out of me when they think somethings wrong so they can help me and fix it! I'm shy and they know that so they check on me lol 😆 and all the places I've been sadly there would only be 1 good worker but ALL the staff here and doctor is amazing! And that's RARE to impossible to find! I'm still shocked and Been here for about 5months lol 😆 I've just been treated so badly at the other clincs to where I literally have PTSD from it,being attacked,having my methadone held against me,making me go down SO FAST and just not caring treating me so bad I shake before I go in to this amazing place that I'm excited to go in! It's such a big big difference! So if your wondering about this place let me tell you...like I said I've been to 6 clinics ALL HORRIBLE but this one I wouldn't even call a clinic it's literally a place to heal at! So go here if your looking for a good place that cares about you!!!

Serenity Treatment & Counseling Center is by far the best clinic I have been to and that I know of. All the staff really makes you feel cared for and respected. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, because I personally know how other clinics can be , and its sad. Other clinics need to take notes from Serenity, to know how to actually treat people who are in need. This clinic is the only clinic that really looks out for your best interest, and truly wants the best for their patients, and wants to see them succeed. They are not in it for money. They truly want to help people, and you will see that if you ever become a patient there. If you're looking for MAT or even just a counselor, that will not judge you, and will make you feel like you're respected,and not just another addict, go here. You will not regret it... Thank you to all the staff here, for all you did for me during my treatment there, I truly appreciate it. ♡

Best clinic I've ever been to and the best thing is they treat you with kindness and respect and don't talk down to you just because we have made the choices we have made they understand it and do their best to guide us thru I struggle everyday to get there but it's worth every minute thank you serenity for everything and then some you ask are a great group of people Sincerely, Ramon Guillen
