Silvermist Recovery for Women

Silvermist is the best womens residental treatment facility. They will help you to become your own person in your own time. If you think its to far to come from where you are take the chance I did and I am very greatful I did.

Went for trauma treatment. The 30 days program may seem like a lot but it's honestly needed to reset the body. Detox from electronics & smart phones. I'll be keeping my phone at more of a distance after. While yes, you are cut off from your devices this isn't a typical residency whatsoever. I was able to bring & use my own art supplies (within reason/common sense), what is put away is often still accessible dayside. Though the schedule does not leave you much free time and much emphasis on community. The food provided was amazing and the staff engaged, respectful and treated folks with dignity. It's similar to a very intensive PHP system. I'm grateful for my time at Silver Mist

My time at Slivermist was amazing! I was at rick bottom and lost when I first came to Silvermist, and they helped me gain back my self confidence! The community was amazing and supportive and the staff were always there for me when i needed them! I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to get back to feeling amazing!

From the day that I arrived I was treated with dignity and respect from the staff. Each and every concern was listened to validated and addressed. I am leaving here with a deeper understanding of how to identify what I am feeling and a toolbox filled with different coping skills to use in my daily life as things come up.

I had a truly great experience at Silvermist Poconos. I was extremely nervous coming in, and even after I arrived I still felt unsure—but that quickly changed. The staff were compassionate, supportive, and genuinely cared about my healing. The peers I met along the way were just as impactful, and I felt supported every step of the process. I’ve benefited tremendously from my time here and am leaving with tools, insight, and hope I didn’t have before. I’m very grateful for this experience and would recommend Silvermist to anyone seeking real help and healing.

Thank you SilverMist for all the help and support. I’ve been through several treatment centers over the past couple years and this program has taught me the most. I learned how to give myself grace and compassion and ultimately learned to love myself and my life again. The staff was always incredibly supportive and always there to listen. My therapist was incredible at pushing me and challenging me to work hard in my recovery journey. Also, shoutout to the chef for always making us the best food and assuring that we were well-fed and cared for.
