It’s a shame no one never picks up the phone ! Lack of Work ; they need new people working at this company yellow house ! Never do they work right ! i had to go to a class & still haven’t got a call back from this company , smh 🤦♂️

Do not accept their word for truth. Ever. They will lie through their teeth to get whatever money from the state they can using you as the reason. If they tell you you've tested positive for something that you never took, go get a blood test in the same few days following them lying to you about the results. Their tests are horribly inaccurate (based on the manufacturer's own statistics) and they know it, so when you show up with real information they have to back down. Most of the staff I interacted with was kind, but far from helpful in any way. Make sure you know who is the boss of whoever you may be speaking to at any given moment when in contact with Somerset Treatment Services. This will go a long, long way. Go to hell Kyra.
