Clinic is great and I have been treated as fairly as possible. I don't feel comfortable attending meetings due to a client who refuses to stop harassing me (and is associated with the sexual violence I have endured living here). Because this is a service I n e e d, I will not leave because of one man playing "security". Despite that piece, this clinic is an absolute God send. It's because of here I can go back to my life and not back to the hospital.

Edit: Wait, YOU are the professionals, right? If you can’t help someone- give that person the resources to further help them instead of blaming the family (we can’t do anything) as to why YOU couldn’t help an addict for over 2 years now in an “addiction center”. That actually is abusive and becomes patient neglect at this point. Do not trust your loved ones here. They claim to help but the last 2 years they have not truly helped her like a full on treatment center would have. My sister has developed a second addiction. I’ve seen no changes in her toxic rude arrogant behavior. For almost 2 years now. No getting her mind right. She will fight us about everything. We have had to call the police on her for throwing tantrums. My dad had a stroke due to her tantrums. Her room is filthy- hiding her second addiction (Debating to attach photos). Lying to my family. She refuses to help, with anything. Even simple cleaning you would learn in a treatment center. To help get your mind right. She needs more help than she is getting here. No one is acknowledging it. But we deal with it. For over 2 years now. It’s too much. Our health issues are now at risk. This is not “recovery”. For anyone. She needs to be in a treatment center. My comment got deleted but I will keep being honest.

The nursing staff is great and basically always has been. The counselors are less than mediocre, I cannot speak for ALL of them since they're has always been a rather quick turnover rate, in 10 years people have had more than 10 different counselors but it's hard to find good help --- some of them seem like they just fell in after a 5mins online class or completely faked credentials. Honestly it ran a lot smoother when cookie WAS THERE or at least better informed about the situation at hand, or at and directing the weekly staff meetings when some logical sense! The TIKTOK page IS A JOKE ! TRY TO HELP PEOPLE , THERE ARE PEOPLE ON DRUG FLIPPING THROUGH THAT EVERYDAY YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO INFORM IN THAT MINUTE, MAYBE EVEN TURN THEIR LIVES AROUND AT LEAST START THAT LITTLE FIRE UNDER THEM OR A CHANCE FOR HOPE, NO ONE CARE WHAT YOU WEAR TO WORK !!!

Best clinic I've ever been to!! Those who don't like it probably had problems following the rules. There's no sneakiness and they want to see you succeed!!

I am leaving a bad review due to my experience with this facility. Awhile ago I called for help with my sister. They will not talk to you or help you with resources- therefore enabling my sister more. Over the past 2 years my sister has destroyed me and our family and our relationship, I have not once seen this "treatment center" mend that or help my sister. She has thrown temper tantrums to where I had to call the police twice because my dad had a stroke. She has now developed a 2nd addiction while in "recovery" here. She has refused to make amends or say sorry, even the little things. I have not seen her progress in this time frame. She has completely lost a relationship with me and walks around in so entitled. This is all after 2 years. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. She needs to be in a treatment center addressing these 2 addictions head on. She isn't getting the help she needs.

I have been here since June. Previous to this I displayed a lot of immaturity and entitlement to percocet. Permanent nerve injuries that were caused by an intimate partners. I ended up addicted and came here. Their intake process was very long. It took about five hours to get me through the entire process. My counselor is okay. I don't like working with her because she doesn't seem to care about how I am doing. For example, I had to drop out of classes this semester due to inconsistent medical care for my bipolar and ADHD. When I explained this to the front desk, they told me my therapist would be able to help me get my meds ASAP. Therapists aren't able to prescribe. It also refers to adults at a different mental health facility continuing to make fun of me for being sexual and attracted to men. Especially hinting to one person. When these incidents continue to happen and compile every day, week, and year it makes me feel like shit and hate myself. I appreciate being able to have a medication that stops my addiction of popping oxy. My situation in life continues to deteriorate. I have been a grown adult for over fourteen years and all I have to show is violence. It will be nice when I can have a therapist who is able to help me again. Until then I am publicly enduring abuse.
