horrible service no ever calls you back and no one ever answer back in email and they cant even fill out my forms that i need for my work horrible

STRESS CARE OF MANALAPAN NEW JERSEY My 19-year-old daughter is attending your program because she is dealing with a serious mental health condition and needs professional treatment in a safe, structured, and neutral environment. Instead, she reported that during a group therapy session the conversation turned into a discussion about politics, with multiple people openly expressing how much they hate the President. This is completely inappropriate for a clinical mental health setting. Therapy groups are supposed to be carefully facilitated by trained professionals to ensure that discussions remain focused on recovery, emotional wellbeing, and constructive support. Allowing a session to turn into a political discussion—particularly one centered on hostility toward a political figure—demonstrates a serious failure in maintaining professional boundaries and appropriate therapeutic structure. Patients in mental health treatment are often vulnerable. Many attend these programs during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. A treatment environment must remain politically neutral and focused on care. Introducing divisive political conversation into a therapy session risks alienating patients and undermining the trust that families place in your facility. It is extremely concerning that a group session was permitted to devolve into political commentary rather than being redirected back to appropriate therapeutic discussion by the facilitator. This raises serious questions about the oversight and professionalism within your program. I expect your administration to investigate this incident, address how and why this was allowed to happen, and take clear steps to ensure that therapy sessions are properly moderated in the future. Patients seeking mental health treatment should never be subjected to political debates or commentary while in a clinical setting. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the appropriate regulatory bodies responsible for overseeing mental health treatment facilities. Families entrust organizations like yours with the wellbeing of their loved ones, and that trust requires professionalism, neutrality, and a clear commitment to patient care.

The staff at this location let me go after I called NS out for calling me a slur. I was discharged while he got to stay after spreading multiple rumors and bashing my name and the staff decided to punish me. No actions were taken when patient called slur and telling me I deserve to die. Elchonen is a distant , nonchalant , uncaring employee.

Carolyn DeCotiS Refuses to respond to calls or emails or do her job, she is causing me so much stress by ignoring my paperwork. doesnt answer social services or faxes. great therapy but the admin specifically Carolyn acts like she works at Mcdonads, unhelpful, ignores people and awful attitude.

My experience here has been great, so far! The staff has been friendly and helpful. They provide both in person and telehealth calls. My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride.

My Case Manager has bent over backwards to help me my counselor my therapist everyone has been awesome and very professional

I have been with StressCare on/off since 2020 in various capacities. Currently I have a weekly telehealth talk therapy with Brett, biweekly med management with psychiatrist Dr Miraj (Somerset office) and weekly visits with my Case Manager Michael Roman. I’m extremely grateful to have the mental health team that I have. Michael has been extremely supportive & helpful concerning my therapist & psychiatric appointments. Furthermore, he actively takes me to get my needs met concerning food, medication, and transportation. I highly recommend StressCare BHH & their therapist’s & psychiatrists for excellent mental health care.
