Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

While the people are awesome this is not a space for those who have special needs. Please look elsewhere, to those that lead it do it better or change things up for people who are handicable!! GOD BLESS
Welllllll, where do I even begin? First they had only one working toilet for about 20 guys and many times have been told to pee in the shower. Gross! The food they serve is undercooked and past expiration date. People get sick from the food every day. The staff is racist against white men. Thought all that should have no business in that kind of place. They leave you till the last day to try and rush and find a place to go. They under medicate sometimes. People sneak drugs in there all the time. Staff except for a select few are off no help at all and one even told me to get high and come back in 24 hours so I could buy more time to find a place to go from there. The staff is extremely rude and no one seems to care at all. They have a box full of grievances that staff told me they don’t ever check it. I need help to find someone higher up to let them know. Also this place is a definite insurance scam. Without a doubt.
This is the place where they forcefully place people into the continent which is surrounded by low-security cameras. They also have one Xbox where people login, then they hack their accounts. Savages under the banner of "law". They also make attendees meet some of the worst drug dealers in the city like Kris Phoenix. Later they encourage their clients to stick together. If I never went there, I would have never learned about all the horrible drugs America has to offer. Really, screw you!
Place is awful
They help people who have a very hard time getting off street drugs. The people are the better for it. So thank the Talbert House.
Staff is willing to go as far as you yourself are willing to go. The place isn't designed to make you feel home, but they do well with what they have and I feel fortunate to have been through the program.
Do not like the rules for drop offs for residents there you're required to place things in boxes instead of bags and sometimes it's hard to pick up boxes and they are only allowed food boxes once a month.
