Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Staff are angels and all of them truly care about your well being, and want to see you thrive. Sadly theres only one doctor there and they work once a week, and they're quite a bit stingy with certain medications (Like amphetamines for ADHD and Benzos for panic disorder). Highly reccomend this place for therapy and some mental health medications, but I'd look elsewhere for primary care.
I can't get medication for my son for two weeks and the doctor (the only one) only works one day a week! There's also only one nurse. We had a genesight medication testing and have never been given the results. Appointments have been cancelled multiple times. I do not recommend this place for having a child see a psychiatrist.
Great PCP MEDICAL SERVICE
For me personally I have had a great experience with SARAH LIPKA as my p.c.p and have felt like she has taken the extra time to not only get to know me personally. Along with truly looking into my medical history as well as trying to find other safer ways to help me
Staff are very nice and welcoming
I called the day before I went in to make sure they had actual doctors on staff that can prescribe what I needed. I was there at 8 the next morning, filled out paperwork. Was told to wait, I would be called back for acessment and and to see someone. After talking to the worker, trying to explain what going on and why, she proceeds to tell me they don't have psychiatrist there just a n.p.and shy could only prescribe the 2 meds I had recently tried and so they couldn't do nothing for me. Really? Well I tried calling a couple psychiatrist and dang if they don't work at the Talbert House. They refused to help someone who truly needed help ill never recommend this place to anyone. I'm still in need of help but this place doesn't care . I just don't understand why they treated me like this. My other Drs are shocked too I'm not in a good place mentally but what am I supposed to do?
The Talbert House is a powerful community-based organizational construct that serves the interest of the local community the interest of mental health and concerns for the safety and direct concerns for the needs and wants and what the community serves This is a vested best organization in town for mental health You may not believe it or not but it's the best thing that ever come to Brown county in my concern the Talbert House earns a perfect score at 5.1 beyond five stars rating
Well… don’t get too attached to a therapist- the good ones ALWAYS leave. This place is a springboard or a last stop for professional careers… Special shoutout to Dr Michael Wilson- you are a venomous snake who shouldn’t prescribe for stuffed animals, let alone flesh and blood humans… may you rot. Worst. Ever.
