The counseling center is extremely accommodating for your needs. They want to make sure you’re comfortable and that you will get the right advice and treatment. Marissa M, is an amazing therapist that has been helping me navigate my feelings and giving me the tools I need to help cope. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with mental health.

I am writing a review on the online counseling and medication management. I have had 2 therapists which were great, they work above and beyond for me. My current one has no issues cancelling if I don't feel up for the appointment, and rescheduling different days of the week if I need to talk. My big concern is with the nurse care practitioners. I have had 2- the first one was not great at all and my current one is okay. The first one was almost never in front of his work computer it seemed. Always calling me instead of the scheduled Zoom call, asking me how my meds are, and the meds in particular he was asking me about were discontinued months ago. It was like meeting him for the first time each appointment. One time he never called or joined the zoom, I told my therapist, and she said he "called me 3 times" and I never got a call. Both practitioners never wasted time, and not in a good way. The appointments were scheduled for 20 minutes, and they seemed to rush them all and got out in about 6 minutes. It's pretty much- "Hey how are you" "Okay lets change/add this med" "Call me back in 2 weeks" I understand that I should advocate for myself and if things don't feel right, I should not let them rush me and tell them what I need. But it almost never felt like it worked, so sometimes I say screw it. The medicine in general is working, so I guess I'll rely on telling my therapist about my concerns instead.

The Counseling Center is amazing! The staff is kind, professional, and truly cares. My counselor provided thoughtful guidance in a safe, welcoming space. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking support!

Phenomenal program with great staff who genuinely care!

This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. My girlfriend was supposed to go here and she went TWICE to start group there and both times no one was even in the building for the group and then they were supposed to call her Suboxone prescription in and we called for days again and again and again and no one would call it so she relapsed bc she was sick. I hope you guys are happy with youselves. Do not I repeat do not go to this place. Don't waste your time. If you want any chance at all to be clean then do not deal with this place.

this place is so unprofessional. I had the worst experience here! The staff is nasty and the counselors all quit and I am not getting the help I need. Overall they do not care about their patients AT ALL
