My experience here was better than I expected. I was in their outpatient program, and the staff made the process feel a lot less stressful.

Theyre terrible. didnt even get started with them and they ghosted me as i was setting up to become a patient with them. Deplorable practice

My experience with the outpatient mental health treatment at Time Wellness Arkansas was professional and straightforward. The staff was respectful, and the process felt organized from start to finish. Overall, it was a positive and well-managed experience.

Extremely disorganized, issues with basic respectful boundaries, many “counselors” are not licensed and are not trained well/read from scripts. Equine therapy can include trauma dumping un-boundaried discussion of the “counselors” own s.a. experience. Extreme lack of trauma informed care. No plan to get patients to proper medication dose or to transition OFF benzos once leaving the program making it to where they have to take thenselves off or figure out on their own how to find proper psychiatric care after program abruptly ends. When asked about how to get off the sedating meds the response is “some patents stay on them for life”. But you can’t get much from an occasional 10 minute psychiatrist visit which is supposed to be weekly, but not maintained due to general scheduling chaos environment at Time Wellness. Some counselors actively cause harm to patients by using language like “lunatic”, general and repeated negging as motivation, misinformation about nutrition/ exercise/natural medicine saying they should just get out and exercise and eat well to “get over” their diagnosed mental illness. Patients rely on each other to check the teachers’ bad behavior but what is one to expect with a revolving door of unlicensed counselors in training. Some “counselors” discuss individual patient’s issues as gossip with the group by name!!! when those clients are absent (HIPPA anyone?) No family session although this is promised at onboarding and during the original Time Wellness informational calls. This is a good self-harm/suicide watch place and for getting people a physical place to be around others daily while in crisis and get on sedating medication…Go to bare minimum group sessions for 60-90 days. Beyond that an exit plan for patients is unclear and disorganized and at worst directly harmful. And as an aside for those with COPD, lung issues, allergies…vapes are sold on premises and vaping is allowed any time in the entire building. Perhaps that’s a plus for some. I believe out of a staff of 15+ this place has one maybe two licensed social workers and a Telehealth psychiatrist contracted from a company in Oklahoma that primarily services the incarceration industry. Update: After being told in writing and verbally with witnesses that nothing charged beyond what insurance covered (upwards of $3,700 per day). Upon being discharged for less than a week, they are already sending bills for what insurance didn’t cover.

My son was not admitted here for care due to not having private insurance. Many health facilities of the finer kind don't take Medicaid or Summit Care and the ones who do are not usually the best. They are inferior to what they should be. The only thing I have to fault them on is the woman said to ignore the one star or two star ratings people are giving to vantage point and other such facilities. She said if a person wants to get help bad enough they will find it and the ones who complained didn't want it bad enough. Well she's wrong. She's flat out wrong but I didn't tell her that. I have personal experience being at Vantage point when I was having horrible health issues and my doctor abandoned me and I came there in a wheelchair and they locked me and did not bring me to the sessions. It was horrid. And yes I wanted care. It has nothing to do with me. It was lack of funding plus ignorance and some cruelty too mixed in. I don't want my son at any facility that doesn't want him and is like what I experienced. So thank you. We'll try outpatient and God will lead us in the right direction. If it means me paying for private health insurance, then by God I will do it.

Time Wellness changed my life. I would recommend to anyone. Every single person there is amazing.
