They charged my card 60 dollars for services i didnt even get/want i dont even go here my girlfriend does. They charged my card twice for 30 with no explanation i called then twice but refuses to pick up. The unprofessionalism and disrespect to peoples money and time is astounding.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment. The therapists and APN staff are experienced and dedicated to helping.

I just wanna start by saying this Izzy h has been the most amazing person on a first phone call she has not only made me excited about my new journey to help me with my mental health but also my emotional health and I’m so excited to start with these people I’ll make sure to keep an update as well as post a few journey videos this lady has made my whole day Izzy keep doing what you do I’m so excited to hear from you in the future and I look forward to seeing Olivia I recommend that you come here for help :)

I've been a client here for over 1year and everything from making appointments, rescheduling, and account problem are always a breeze because of this one Izzy Hern. This woman is excellent at her job and she doesn't complain about going above and beyond to help me... please her a raise!!!! She's a gem.

Total Family Solutions has been a solid support system for me. The team is professional, easy to talk to, and they really take the time to listen. Medication management feels personalized and thoughtful, and the counseling has helped me work through a lot. It’s not easy finding a place that treats you like a person instead of just a chart, but they do it right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real support and accountability that actually helps.

I am so happy i have come across this establishment while looking to manage my mental health and depression, never would i have imagine that i would be able to get the help i needed, big big shoutout to my therapist Vanessa P. who I’ve been seeing since last year, every single week!! Super grateful to have been matched up with her, as she definitely helped me change my mental state and kept me level headed during those tough times, even helped me embrace the good times as well. With her support i finally felt like i was getting back to my old happy self again, however our last session was last week and I’ve been dreading this week as im so used to talking with her, idk if id be able to open up and connect with someone else like that again as it was super hard for me to do so in the first place. It’s saddens me she has left but i wish her nothing but the best!! I am super grateful for everything she has done to help me!!! Need more individuals like her in the world!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. My previous therapist with Total Family Solutions left about 3 months ago, and, after months of trying to get in contact with them, they finally set me up with a new therapist, only to call back the next day and cancel that appointment. When I called to reschedule with another therapist, I was told they no longer have any availability for anywhere in the afternoons. Thanks for nothing. If you have any ability to seek mental health services anywhere else, I'd recommend you do it and steer clear of Total Family Solutions unless you want more heartache attached to that which you already have.
