Wow Stina that's nice, after helping you all that time. And I offered to transfer you but on the last day before labor day holiday with no doctor to sign orders, it was too late. And I didn't hang up on you but rather your partner, who was cussing at me on your behalf. But I'm sure your doing good at the other methadone clinic since you don't have to pay for treatment there.
I do not recommend this place. The unprofessionalism from the so-called “manager,” Roberta, is unacceptable. She hangs up on people and refuses to do her job. It’s disappointing to see someone in a leadership position behave this way. She acts on assumptions instead of facts, which raises serious concerns about how this place is run. Not sure why a business would employ someone with such poor customer service skills.

Monday 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Tuesday 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Wednesday 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Thursday 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM Friday 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM 11:00 AM to 12:45 AM Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM only Sunday closed Guest patients $25 setup fee $15 a day Transfers $25 fee Intake and admission $100 $11 a day diskette methadone only no liquid methadone here. Self pay not accepting private insurance only billing traditional Medicare.

This place is good, but it's the amazing, kind, caring, non-judgmental people who work here that makes this place amazing!! I've never seen/felt so much love and compassion as I have seen/felt at this clinic. They are truly down here doing God's work. I'm used to being called names, being judged, feeling embarrassed, and being denied care due to my disease; so being treated like a human, being acknowledged, and being helped while in need of help, is truly amazing!! I'm so grateful and blessed to have found this clinic, and the wonderful people who make treatment and recovery possible. This was my last chance at life and they showed me that I am worthy, needed, and loved. If you're in need of help please give them a call, they will help you in any need possible.🥹 🫶🏼🙏🏼💯
me and my wife called this location looking for help to get off of opiates and was at our wits end with them they let us know the steps we needed to take to become patients there and that things would get better and they now have ,thank you guys....very friendly staff ,very quick ,and very professional, "not to mention 10.00$ a day is very reasonable price to dose to save your life"
