Great instructors! I had a great experience with these classes they made them very informative and also made sure to make it enjoyably. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants or needs these classes.
Extremely rude and arrogant. The Secretary of State told me what I need but the lady on phone seemed to think she knew better. In fact, while just trying to schedule an evaluation, told me I was high risk with alcohol dependency despite the fact that I rarely drink and haven't been drunk in years. Quite a terrible person they have answering phones.

Sometimes it's hard for individuals to open up about their situation but Tony has a way of making you feel comfortable about share your story with others while he teaches and entertain at the same time. He was awesome!
This place is absolutely terrible!!!!! The "receptionist" was very rude!!!! Gave me completely wrong information and answered the phone with a hateful tone in her voice. Blessing in disguise because I found a great place in Aurora!!!! I was ready to pay all of my services upfront as well but didn't get that far because the lack of professionalism was so profound! This place doesn't care about helping anyone or a profit! I hope whoever answers the phone gets the help they need because they were absolutely miserable!!!
