I went to Trillium family services day treatment program called Nrothpont back in 2024 summer time, I got out of the program in October 2024. The program helped me 100% and I leard so much skills and what I need and my partners and family and friends learned how to help and support me better. I have learned so much there at the program the staff and my school teacher Ms.Amanda and my therapist Krystal where amazing and all of the staff and the kids that where there where super good the advmeant was amazing. The food there was also very good as well. I miss the program very much everyday and I am very grateful I got the help!

Let’s never forget the girl that commit suicide there and she was supposed to be on watch, they didn’t find her for hours! I’m 31 now, and about 15-16 at the time. But I will NEVER forget the neglect and abuse that happened at this place, they also make you take tons and tons of medication and if you don’t, you are not complying with treatment. And a lot of the medication they were pushing on us kids back then we’re just trial runs. They weren’t even out on the open market. We were literally just guinea pigs for them to try meds on. I was on so many sedatives and meds that I literally almost died from it. I am 31 years old now so it’s been about 15 years and I still have nightmares of that place. Sounds like much hasn’t changed! It’s very disheartening.

I stayed here at Mallet for residential around September-October of 2022. Though my stay was short, it was the worst experience I've ever had with treatment. My first night there, I was hudled up in the corner of my bed for hours and hours crying because all i could hear was all the other patients in their rooms screaming and crying, banging on the walls all at once as another patient was screaming for staff to stop as they dragged them down the stairs and took them out of the house to somewhere else. The bedrooms in the house were small and confining with plastic matresses and dirty windows with holes in them, that patients had to cover up with tape so no bugs would get in. There were some nice staff and there were some horrible staff that would abuse their superiority over us and threaten to take all of our privileges away for something petty that certain staff didn't like. for example I had a friend in there who almost got all of their privileges taken away for 2 WEEKS because they were eating tajin (a literal seasoning). While I was there me and other patients received very very little therapy and actual care. The therapists that they provided us with were absolutely horrendous and not helpful to anyone, and other than short individual therapy sessions a few times a week, we practically got no other help. The most I had learned from my stay there was to do square breathing and nothing else. During most days, we would go through a cycle of spending time downstairs usually playing cards, and then we had times where we were not allowed to talk or make any noise for an hour. While I was at Mallett there also happened to be a huge covid outbreak which only made both mine and everyone's stay there even worse and ended up with many of us stuck and isolated in our rooms all day with a toilet paper roll and if we were lucky, a crappy cd player that was most likely barely charged.

Let my child self harm while IN THEIR CARE when she was supposed to be safe from those "outside" utensils. Then proceeded to tell me it was "just a superficial cut, nothing to be so upset about" when I asked how it was allowed to happen. That is only ONE issue, there were plenty more and I only allowed her to stay for 6 days after her counselor from there in so many words forced us even though I knew it was unsafe! Would not recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Hi, my name is Carly.I got out of trillion family services for from home about 2 months ago and my experience there was a living house constantly mistreated kids being abused and stuff overpowering with clients.I do not recommend sending your kids there.Please send them to someone else and read the reviews before you do

I just got out recently and I'm glad I don't have to stay their anymore even though I go to their day treatment that place is still a nightmare.The first night I got their I watched kids beat up staff and staff pin them to the ground with their knees and six or seven staff just watch in a circle.they say that the farm home is the most secure treatment in Oregon but that is far from the truth,I've seen kids jump fences,climb on roofs ,sneak knives,drugs and alcohol and consume it while being at the farm home and their were also staff who gave drugs such as nicotine, cannabis and kratom to the clients of the farm home.while being at the farm home that are very against American flags and a right side view of politicals and will treat you worse if you believe in any of that and will deprive you of outside time,water the bathroom or really any needs you might have and then when you stand up for yourself and call them out the punish you and restrict you from doing anything "fun".even though that place is a living nightmare their were some bright sides to it like the food staff and school staff and a few of the regular staff, those people really helped me get out of their and I'm really grateful for them. July 8th is when I leave the North point day treatment and honestly I'm going to be sad because the North point day treatment staff our a wonderful community of staff who really care about us clients and they really make a difference in my life and I'm very grateful for them. I don't recommend the farm home residential but I do recommend the North point day treatment.

This place does not care about the mental health of kids. My child did not do any better after seekng their inpatient services. In d saved he went back to a different facility just 6 weeks later for the same reason he went in there to begin with. Shame on them! Don't waste your time!
