Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

I am not even supposed to be charged for my therapy sessions since I have assistance through Polk County yet they have billed me personally for every session I have had going back 8 years now. Checking in is hit or miss because they will tell you that you're checked in when in fact you are not. It's happened more than once. If your therapist is leaving or being reassigned they don't allow them to tell you instead they send you a letter in the mail. I can't tell you how damaging that is and how much it shows they don't care for you. I have had some great therapists here, but the one I currently saw in my first session with her was very disrespectful. She asked me why i was there and then expected me to explain why i was there. I had mentioned that my mother told me that she was proud I wasn't a drug addict and her exact words were well that's a backhanded compliment if I have ever heard one. Saying that shows me she hadn't read my file. For the rest of the session she proceeded to waste my time talking about cats. This place has turned into crap since certain therapist and people have left. Honestly Eyerly Ball and UnityPoint should be ashamed of themselves. After 7 years of therapy here I am done because this place is no longer what it use to be and that was safe, inviting, and respectful. I will definitely be canceling my future appointments. They tell me to call them and the question is why would I do that? Nothing is going to change. My complaints just like every one else's have fallen on deaf ears. UnityPoint Health is one of the worst mental health facilities. They obviously need to read reviews and fix the problem instead of giving their generic response of calling them because not everyone can hear you insensitive jerks

Right on 👍
Maps has a bad entrance. Has the building in the wrong place. It's south one driveway
Ive been with Eyerly Ball for years!!! I really enjoyed going to therapy because the therapists are easy to talk to and also had Dr. Dewdney as a med dr. known him for many years and has never made me question or worry about taking the meds he put me on but ever since he retired and they changed new locations they have gone downhill really fast sadly 😥 Didn't realize for how long Ive been there it would be a 3 month waiting list just to see my therapist and or get a med dr which is really concerning to people who need to be seen!!! Not happy at all with the new improvements its just sad to say it will never be the same!!!
Having specialized mental health care access is helping me. They even set me up with a case worker to help me manage setting up appointments and doctors because I can’t help myself. The staff are kind and try to help. The only downside is trying to set up therapy appointment they are booked months out. There are a lot of people coming for care and possibly not enough therapists for the load.
Ive been using them for almost 4 years now when I finally realized I needed help after watching my wife's head morphs into what people would say looked demonic. This after 4 previous psychotic episodes where I attacked another person each time. Dumb right. I see Sajo and hes bo ok mostly. The serious things like positive symptoms he seems to be more focused on, touching on my negative symptoms moreso now though with an added new medication. But when it comes to the weird anxiety attacks that just randomly start out of nowhere he doesn't seem worried about at all and won't prescribe anything for it either, even after I've asked multiple visits in a row. Not worried about it really because its forced me get as best control over them I currently can so is what it is. My first visit to this place had my going into a 5th psychotic episode and walking out with security called on me but the episode subsided shortly after all that which helped get a diagnosis alot sooner so good with the bad on that one. All the other staff I've had encounters with was always good. So really no actual complaints from me. The meds im on help alot, though I wish they'd stop it all. Id give it 5 stars but I deducted one because I have to drive 40 minutes to get here.
