For many years, I've had to hear "Your veins are hard to find!" as well as other excuses. Then the pain from the probing. It's not like they're trying to find a vein. They're probing to see if they got lucky and stuck that vein finally. I came in as soon as they were open. I don't know the name of the woman, but I didn't even make a fist or anything. She went for a vein nobody has before, and I get a lot of blood draws. Whoever she is, she has dark hair and we talked about dogs and that I'm a dog handler. I had to go to the convenient care for an injury I had slipping on ice to get to my truck to make my appointment. So I went to Laboratory, to Christosphl, to urgent care care, to radiology, and back to urgent care. In under one hour without ever feeling rushed. I could keep going, but use your mind and make decisions for yourself. A 1 star rating? People would be lying dead in the parking lot if that's 1 out of 5. Peace

One time at the ER I was not treated well in 2021, another in 2024 where I was treated like a PERSON (was very appreciative of their care) then again in Jan 2026…BAD Er Dr (young attitude male) nearly caused me a seizure as he wouldn’t help with a med I ran out of I had been on for 11 years! Ended up in another ER where I got help! It’s a hit or miss here. I would call to find out if the ER Dr is young and not so knowledgeable.

I came into the walk-in clinic with severe stomach pain and was seen after only a short wait. The staff asked a few questions and immediately sent me for labs and X-rays. After reviewing the results, they made the right call and sent me to the ER, where I required emergency appendix surgery. I’m very grateful for how quickly, professionally, and kindly everyone handled the situation.
