Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I'm homeless because of lack of services and support that I was promises to get. Not getting me the suitable housing that I required. Danny the last case worker didn't help at all I honestly feel he sabotage my section 8 with larsa I was served with a court-ordered to have me move out of the apartment that I was assured to get my section 8 and because he did not take the proper steps to help me get the section 8 approved I was denied. I have a disability and dealing with mental health issues. Every time I reached out a couple of times and he's the one to always seem to email me asking if I needed help. I have asked numerous times for higher management and he always comes out with all I can go ahead and send an email to the front desk and they will go ahead and send it to higher Management which I think is just him not trying to get into any issues. I'm currently homeless October 15th of 2025 and disabled also living in the streets if my 11-year-old also I am pregnant. I thought it would be the best thing to make this review so the Whole Child can see that obviously they're not doing their job right. You guys helped with my rent but I needed something I could afford when it came time to do it on my own. Danny failed as my case manager to get it done. I'm a single mom and I'm in the streets.
Ruby was my therapist from 2007 to 2009 I think she still works there? She was great
We Loved The Program🌹
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They took our sensitive and personal information and then they stopped communicating with us. They also don't pick up calls after they took our information. People out there, be careful if you are thinking of contacting this organization
I’ve been trying to reach the intake department for the past month and they do not return or answer my calls
Not the greatest experience, especially if you’re not a certain ethnicity or demographic. Needless to say, I regret not reporting and grievances at the time. Since this organization is pretty much stationed in the East LA areas with a large Hispanic population and majority of the case workers are hispanic, there’s a negligence and bias against African American, Caucasian and Asian clients. I’ve witness and experienced this as a client. I remember having a disagreement with an hispanic client while living in a shelter. This lady was the aggressor and called the police on me unwanted and this same resident had multiple instances of acting as an aggressor and causing problems with other residents. I never touched her, never threatened her, I just spoke up for myself. The police left and even didn’t understand why this lady called them. The very next day, my case manager from whole child came to the shelter and tried to evict me and send me to a shelter in Boyle Heights of all places where the gangs have been known to terrorize African Americans. No disciplinary actions for the hispanic lady who wasn’t even a citizen might I add. After two months they exited me and my child out the program which was a blessing in disguise. But at that time I was put back in a position of being homeless. YET the other residents who some who been there for A YEAR were allowed to stay. I was quiet and didn’t bother anyone. The blessing is I wound up getting a job, with referral of a friend. I’m now making a GREAT salary and finishing up my masters degree and I have a lovely place to stay. This organization and biased. If you have any issues or the same situation as me, don’t hesitate to report. They will not help you if you don’t look like them.
This place is a scam. They only take in people for the money. They do not help...they actually make things worse. Then they discard the people when they can't make anymore money off of us. We are just a number to them and not humans...they make you feel subhuman and worthless. There are a couple staff members who are great but as for the rest...they should have never entered this field or career. They act like they hate people and their jobs. They do nothing for most people. I could say so much but I'll save it for the letter I will be writing to the governor, city counsel, media and whoever else that will listen. Things they put helpless woman and children through here are disgusting. This place should be accountable for things they do and don't do. I'm doing this not only just for myself but for also the many vulnerable families coming here for hope. Nothing changes because there is no accountability anymore.
I would like to give a thank you to The Whole Child, they changed my life and my kids life for the better, it has been a journey and I’m very thankful to my worker Ms.Perla Bernal for guiding me, help me with permanent housing, be my mentor at times listen to my concerns. A million times thank you so much for helping families ❤️ Here’s some pictures of my kids enjoying their new home 🏠 thank you so much God Bless all of you !!
