This place banned me, but they lied to the police, using things from my records to try to get me into trouble because I insulted the front desk. This was years ago, but highly illegal.

Terrible option for people actually needing mental help.

I am working closely with E.J. and Alexis and I am already making strides! Alexis is so kind and helpful. Making me sees points and views as i never did before and E.J. has been so supportive and knowledgeable during the meds process. I can tell he genuinely cares and my care! Please don’t schedule here if you want to be taken serious. I scheduled my first appointment and the morning of I was called and told my appointment was going to be switched to Telehealth and pushed back 40 min, when I called an hour before my appointment to let them know the time wasn’t switched in my portal and no Telehealth link was sent I was told not to worry because it showed correctly on their end, and was recommended to call at the time of my appointment if I really couldn’t log in. When my appointment time came, just like I figured, the link still wasn’t there so I had to call and I was told that there must be a technical error so we’re just going to reschedule, then they just gave me a random day that didn’t work with my schedule. I would have had to pay a no show fee if I canceled day of so it’s just frustrating how casual they were when it’s a place that’s supposed to focus on mental health. Not once was I asked if any of the changes would work or be okay with me I was always told that they were just changing it.

Front office organization is a disaster. The scheduling department have no idea what they are doing and when they make mistakes they are rude to the patient and still charging no show fees when mistakes were made on their end. I do not believe that the scheduling department has ever gotten any appointments correctly. My fiancé has always struggled with mental health and finally wants a little more help and this place has caused for him to start shutting down and I just wonder how many other patients have experienced this, with this place. It’s not easy to reach out for help and then have all these issues just to schedule is beyond me. The owner needs to hire knowledgeable, organized people in the front office with empathy and care, after all the front office is the face of the business.

Extremely unprofessional

The biggest issue with this counseling center is its ownership and management. When I approached them in a kind and respectful way they treated me with disrespect, rudeness and unprofessionalism. Policies feel inconsistent with what they are trying to promote and made me feel very unsafe.

I was really hoping this counseling center would be a safe and supportive place, but my experience fell short. Communication was poor from the start—intake paperwork was confusing, follow-up was slow, and it often felt like I had to chase them just to get basic information. During sessions, the counselor seemed distracted and relied heavily on generic advice that didn’t feel tailored to my situation. I also felt pressured to book additional sessions without clear goals or a treatment plan. For a service that’s supposed to help people feel heard and supported, this experience was frustrating and disappointing
