My doctor, Dr. Kim, is professional, patient and kind. Lately the medical assistants have been better-more professional! I am glad there's a pharmacy on site.

My experience at ACCESS Blue Island was disappointing. The staff enforced rules very strictly and the service felt unfriendly. What’s frustrating is that I visited another ACCESS location and was treated much better, with none of the same strict rules. The difference made me wonder whether this location is operated differently or independently, as the experience didn’t feel consistent with the brand. Never parking. I hope management reviews this to ensure all locations provide the same quality of care.

todo el personal muy amable y doctores lo único que hay problema es con la persona que saca la sangre . es una morenita con lentes antes de llamarme escuché cuando dijo ugh im tired of doing this.. y al momento de poner la abuja me lastimo saliendo de ahí sentí dolor más de lo normal mas tarde miré que se me empezó a inchar y hacer moreton.. me pregunto si tanto le irrita su trabajo porque está ahí ? no es la primera vez que pasa ya había hablado porque igual pasó lo mismo con mi niño de 2 años lo lastimo para que al última dijera que ella no podía.. Deberían tener más cuidado con el personal porque puede lastimar a alguien seriamente .. se notó que ella no sabe lo que hace y si lo hace lo hace de mala manera. porfavor tengan cuidado
