Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Wonderful place with great people.
The Aviary is an absolute WRECK. I mean a serious disaster. The organization is whack, they treat you like insubordinate children. You never get your phone, the counselors are just about useless. The facilities are garbage. There's no AC in the gym where nothing works. Getting your meds on time is like pulling teeth, and then you're late to class where they betate you in front of the others. Absolute trash hole.
They said they were not religious. On the second day the guy running the group asked me to write a prayer on the whiteboard. I went for two days and have been trying to get the rest of my money back since.... About 4 months now and no solution.
I recently finished treatment at the Aviary. It changed my life. All of the counselars truly care about every single clients and are awesome helping you in anyway they can. The nurses are super awesome and friendly. The coaches care and run their butts off helping all the clients. The admin office will work their butts off helping in anyway they can(especially hounding your hr department at work to get your insurance info when they drag their feet getting the info sent off). The kitchen staff are awesome, they work so hard fixing good food and they deliver. Love ya Miss Debbie!!!! Nothing bad to say about the Aviary. Thank you so much for helping me. Much love to you all.
This place is a joke the staff are a bunch of thieves and hold their clients hostage against their will. My wife checked herself in on her own nothing to do with the courts at all and she saw wat was going on their and called me immediately wanting to come home they locked the doors and gates she got out then chased her down the long driveway she left all her personals their and we had her stuff picked up by a friend and anything worth something was gone including her prescription meds , blow drier, hair straightener. On top of this they put 3 pairs of men’s dirty boxers in her bag. Would not recommend this place to anyone . Do not have your best interest in mind at all just want the insurance money after 72 hrs this is the recovery center in eolia Missouri Update spoken to the ceo and said I must produce receipts for all of her things that was missing when we retrieved her belongings and has no documentation of her medications which is heart medicine, blood pressure medicine. And refuses to give his phone number or email out to contact him. Done contacted others that have made reviews on this poorly state funded rehabilitation center and am going to channel 2 news next if it’s not resolved
If you are looking for something other than 12 step AA/NA based recovery I would avoid the Aviary IOP. Group therapy sessions did not seem to be planned out ahead of time. There was little to no agenda. They appeared to be short staffed. I regret spending money on this program.
As a former client I have to say Aviary was a life changing experience. The staff really cared for us and was always willing to help. I learned so much from them. Addiction is a killer. I’m so happy and grateful for my experience there. I’m still sober and living my best life in recovery. I would recommend the Aviary to anyone.
The only thing good about this place is the nurses on staff and the coaches. This place had me so doped up I didn’t know left to right. Not the nurses. Let say if you want to get of 3 Prescription medication’s and wanna be on another 11 prescription medication’s it’s a number one place you want to go other than that the nurse practitioner and the doctor need more training to deal with people as it like me I didn’t care to check on me I could’ve died in that place and they didn’t. They wouldn’t even know it’s pretty sad I’m talking about the doctor and the nurse practitioner foods not good the horses you can’t ride don’t get excited about the horses and you can’t ride them. Worst facility have ever detox out of my life.
