Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I honestly couldn't be more grateful, so much care is given and very helpful resources are offered, so much support and guidance, it's been the best support system I have, I'm just really grateful because of them, I'm managing my life better because of them, they're becoming more of a reason for me to keep going and not give up, they're giving me purpose in life again
Need my medicine but I don't have 2 hours for intake nor can I get a ride without an appointment.
Nothing gets done even after going here for a decade.
First therapist I had was a great therapist but more than once called out due to health issues and I was not informed until waiting for my appointment in the waiting room after driving to the facility to be seen. After this happened a few times I requested a different therapist. She was fine, too, but was pregnant and we had to switch to the video service therapy. Spent a year with her until she got a new job. When she was leaving I was told BJC would reach out to me to find a new therapist. This is when the biggest fiasco of all started. Nobody reached out to me. I called and waited for a few days later to finally talk to someone who then asked what my preferences were for therapy. Then I didn't hear back for a few more days until I messaged the first therapist they had assigned me previously if she knew anything that was going on. Received a phone call later that day to assign me a therapist. This new therapist seemed okay for a while until a couple weeks ago when I arrived for an appointment and was told they didn't know where she was and that my appointment was cancelled, they'd leave her a message and she'd contact me. Tomorrow would be two weeks and I had heard nothing. I called this morning and while on the phone with the receptionist my therapist called me. She blamed the facility for cancelling her appointments and said she was pulling into the parking lot the day of the previous appointment. Finger pointing is not how to resolve any of these issues and I have no idea who to believe between BJC or their therapists. All in all the therapy itself has been fine but the poor communication is disruptive of my time and the uncertainty is jarring. I cannot recommend anyone go to BJC Behavioral Health due to these inconsistencies.
Initially you have a long wait but once your a patient there its not so bad and they help you alot with all kinds of resources
Susan M who works there is not a nice person. She is very unprofessional. Do not go here. Commuting else where is better !
Been waiting almost 3 months for a therapist to be available... really frustrated and wish I could just get out of this place at this point.
Completely terrible place. The staff was completely ignoring a man who was definitely in crisis and had been waiting for 5 hours. We were told we would have to wait 4 hours, to possibly be seen that day.
